DECEIVING, LACK OF INTEGRITY, VERY EGOTISTICAL, Contacted the shop on a Saturday told the artist what I wanted, Monday I brought a few pictures in which he disregarded also at that time I asked if he could get me in and when he said towards the end of the week, I stopped back in on Wednesday because he drew something up, needless to say he missed the target, Thursday he had something new and it was good enough that I wanted to get the work done, the guy said may be Friday no later than 4 on Saturday he said he would call. I went in Saturday at 330 and he was doing nothing but said he had a tattoo to do and he would call me, I wanted to be polite so I said that is cool and I would wait for his call, waited until 7 and I called the shop and asked if he was actually going to have time for me and he said no, I liked the drawing enough to see if he would sell it to me and he wanted $100, after all the deception I decided to cut ties and go to a more reputable shop, if they give you the run around find a different shop, very disappointed I dont understand why the guy wasnt trustful in the first place it would have been fine if he told me he didnt have time at least I would have considered giving them another chance in the future but at this point a man is only as good as his word and their word and work isnt worth the time or money stay clear of this trashy place!

True customer service is lacking in this place but I read what they had to say about getting tattoos and I respect this shop because they dont have time to BS and they are serious about what they do and they care about what they do. So I went in because I got my helix pierced at a terrible shop in Fredericksburg and my piercing would not heal and I changed my jewelry twice. 3 different piercer didnt want to help me figure out why my piercing was healing. I explained what happened to the piercer and he switched to the right jewelry and gave me the right aftercare instructions. The guy was very professional. I was in and out in no time at all. My best advice is to know exactly what you want going in and be prepared to pay the price for your piercing. It is your body, make the investment and ask questions if youre confused about anything. Id suggest calling beforehand, ask questions, so that you dont waste your time and theres as well. This is one of the cleanest and relaxing tattoo environments Ive ever stepped in. The location is right off I-95 and so easy to get to.

In the past month Daniel did three tattoos for me. The first two were simple lettering and the last one was a fairy. He did a fantastic job! The fairy is stunning! He went above and beyond to make the design I brought him work exactly how and where I wanted it to be. The lettering is also very good. Daniel is very nice, professional, and respectful. The are no small jobs for him: I feel like if its important to you, its important to him. The experience was so sweet, so Ill be returning back and bringing friends. Thank you, Daniel!

The last time we came, my boyfriend got a tattoo based off of a drawing I did. The artist did a perfect copy and everyone loves the piece--commenting that its the best one on him. We are planning on going this week to get more because the artist was professional, friendly, and very skilled. 5/5 stars because I trust this shop and their quality to be branded on me!

I have a 15 years old nose piercing and took ring out for two days, they wanted my to pay $50 to re pierce my nose as if Im stupid. I wouldve paid for mind to help me put the ring back in, I explained that I never took it out or put it in. So putting the ring in is new for me. Thanks

I came to get my ears pierced and the piercer was very quick, and told me exactly what I need to do for aftercare. I highly recommend this place. Do not get your ears pierced at the mall-they do it the wrong way. This place knows how to do it correctly.

I feel so bad because I forgot the piercers name, but he was great! He explained everything to me, was kind and made sure I was cleaned up. The whole process took less then 5 minutes because obviously he knew what he was doing! I am super happy!

So check it out. I went to this place 09/10/2016to get the rest of my skulls filled in. A very clean and friendly shop. Their artist Daniel did an excellent job on my shading. I will be coming back to get my sleeve finished.

Ive been in here twice now for services and their customer service is seriously lacking!! Perhaps they just dont need any more customers. I dont plan to visit them a third time; Ill take my business elsewhere.

Neat place, Jonathan did my roses on my arm and did great even though I was squirming in pain. All the guys there were funny and really welcoming. Im definitely going back for a touch up and some more work.
