I went in one night and a teenager & his friends were parading through the store with a pit bull on a leash. Is that legal? The dog was sniffing through the meats. I was in the store a good 30 minutes. When I got to self-check out, they were in line behind me. OMGGGGGGGGGH. I telephoned the store manager & was placed on hold (it was a Sunday evening, approximately 6pm). No one answered. I telephoned Management at the Super Walmart that night & was instructed to call the number store manager name on my receipt. I telephoned the first thing Monday morning, was placed on hold. . . Very poor customer service had a carseat shipped over night to this location and took almost a week after being delivered before they even answered the phone and had to wait a hour to get someone to even pick up the call. Very rude employees had to majorly complain to even get someone to do their job to find my sons carseat and force them to slap a sticker on it to be able to pick up , Ill never use this location again Ill stick with brook road at parham their cashiers are slower but at least everyone else is willing to do their jobs! Very disappointed

I have several staff members of the store including a high roller that was ask me if they can help me with anything. I was looking for the Great and the member of the staff that is not only told me but she want me to wear the great work and she thanked me the only reason why I gave the Walmart at 4 its because I was a little disappointed that it wasnt a full-service Walmart and this election was not as expensive as I would have liked

Very Clean, the employees are very courteous and prompt. My last visit was after I completed a 3-11 shift and I was in a hurry to get my shopping done before closing hours. After completing my shopping, I left the store, its now pouring down raining outside, get in my car too see a gentleman (awalmart employee),calling to me in the rain with a bag of groceries I had left in the store. For this I give a five star.

Not much way in customer service, but its definitely a step in the right direction, as far self-automated stores. No employees really greet you, and there are Self Checkout registers. The best way to describe it is; you are in control of your shopping experience. They have unique products not usually found in Wal-Mart. A very static free environment built for those who just got off of a long day of work.

I have been calling for 6 days straight, sometimes twice a day and there has yet to be an answer or answering machine. Recently in the store for pet supplies and the assistant manager nor the worker whom I had orginially asked knew what "kitty litter" was or a "cat scoop / poop scoop." ????? no help.

Ive stopped in for a quick gas fill up or to pick up a few snacks or other items and the trip is always very efficient and easy. They had what I needed, it was easy to find, and I always do self checkout and get out of there fast. Definitely a good spot to stop in for quick essentials.

FYI: Milk is 1/3 more expensive than the Walmart Super Center down the block. When in a hurry I usually come to this location instead of the one the WM Supercenter about a mile away. This one is cleaner, neater, and faster. They do however need to hire more cashiers.

Id rather just go to a normal supermarket instead of this hybrid thing. This store was busy, with plenty of shoppers pushing overflowing carts. However, like almost every Walmart Ive been in recently, there were way too few cashiers for the number of shoppers there.

Its a good place to shop. Prices are as super store except limited. You will not get as many choices as you would get at super store. Sometimes checking out is a hassle but its short lived. They normally will open a register to accommodate the demand .

Neighborhood Market so basically groceries and not much else. Definitely get a very ghetto vibe here. My advice is if you are white and absolutely have to shop here, go in, dont make eye contact, get what you have to have and try to make it out alive.

Very rude management, she would not listen just kept repeating, we are a neighborhood walmart. We dont have it here. That I understood the first time. But if you listen to my issue it has nothing to do with the item I need not being sold there.

Conveniently located in the neighborhood, just a short distance from a Super Wal-Mart, if needed. Always clean and organized with plenty of parking. I havent experienced a day with shortages of cashiers or customer service at this location.

Customer service really poor. Unprofessional. The phone simply rings when you call this location. Called once and was hung up on. Would hate to shop at this location when a simple p phone call can not be answered. Bye!

Forget about getting a money order at this location. It is not worth the 30 minute wait. I have never seen 2 employees working the customer service station....I guess walmart cant afford it lol

Though its convenient, I would never purchase meats from this location. The meat smells bad one time when I visited this location and I couldnt understand why because the store is fairly new.

The prices are a little higher than the regular walmart but the experience is much friendlier than the big walmart. one of the few grocery stores anywhere near the raceway.

Its a grocery store - Not a "real" Walmart, but they did have a fairly good selection of grass fed beef which is sometimes hard to find at a larger Walmart

This is a half sized store. Basically, its a grocery store. Right down Brooke Rd there is a full sized store....so this is just for convenience.

IT WAS SUPER BUSY! BEING IT WAS FOOD STAMP DAY AS WELL AS THE WEEKEND GOING IN2 THE 4TH OF JULY. USED SELF CHECKOUT SO IT WASNT SO BAD!
