Ive purchase my car in Richmond, Virginia. Absolutely the most awful company to purchase a car from. I have never dealt with a company such as this one and I have purchase several used cares in my life. In less than 30days Ive had nothing but problems. The cars are only workable and runs for a couple of days after you drive them off the lot. Since than Ive had nothing but problems. The Service team passes all the cars for inspection just to be sold. Which is obvious because everyone waiting in the waiting area is upset frustrated and talking about the many problems that they are having with their vehicle. After speaking to the rude and nasty lady that answers the phone in the service department, and telling her my vehicle has 5 different problems and they told me to bring it in while they fix the vehicle. Long story short I went to pick up my 30day tags at 9:30 am and told management the problem I was having. Which he became very upset because he did not want to hear or help me nor did not let me finish and did absolutely nothing. Little did I know 7 hours later they were only able to fix one thing (possibly) and told me to bring it back Friday 6/16/17. When I have a trip plan to travel out of town today which I am very afraid of because of the many problems my vehicle has. Both managers did not want to hear the problems I was having and just kept saying well just bring it back. The service manager and his employee continuously laughed at the situation. The reason for me purchasing the vehicle is for transportation to work not for the vehicle to spend all its time getting repaired. This company management team feels because of your credit and this is a used car lot you should not have a reason to complain. The finance company dont care as well this place needs to be shut down. To anyone that is going to purchase a vehicle from here I would be very careful. Wish I could give them a 1/3 star they dont deserve the one star.

Purchase vehicle in Ooctober 2016, nothing but problems and HORRIBLE SERVICE, BOTH VEHICLE AND CUSTOMER. Initially (days) there was problem with the emergency brakes the brakes system overall air condition not working... ok Took it in and this is how Kevin and Perkins corrects problem..they cut the EMERGENCY brake cable...said they had to order assembly..in the mean time was told that it was perfectly safe to drive without...that was 7 months ago...and until we file with BBB we got no response from Richmond, VA Beach or Danville.Have contacted State Police vehicle inspection and file a complaint. Also with the VA consumer Complaint board. ALSO A BAD IGNITION...took vehicle in, kept having to get a jump....they said nothing was wrong...finnaly after getting stranded, had car toweed to Lyman AUtos of Midlothian...took 10 minutes to find it was a bad ignition...$811.00 for something that should have been under warranty. We took vehicle in late FRIDAY, call Perkins in Danvile to discuss this bad situatiuon...HE LIED right off the back...saying that they had repaired everything already....its MONDAY at 9 AM we dropped it off FRIDAY NITE!!!! they are closed over the weekend. LIARS AND CHEATS..oh yea then he hung up on us. LEMON FACTORY

The salesperson that sold me the truck failed to inform me that Auto Connections assesses the license and registration fees separate from the total loan amount. It wasnt until I had signed most of the actual paperwork that I was made aware of the additional $600 + charges. It almost made me reconsider buying the vehicle and put a nasty taste in my mouth about the best practices of Auto Connection. I was also told that due to that tragic mistake, I could do a payment plan and it wouldnt affect getting my permanent plates when they come in. Well now theyre in, and its affecting it. The general manager (who only chose to provide an alias name of "Johnny") gave me a hard time about the option of a payment plan and totally disregarded my getting the plates. He said i shouldnt have signed the paperwork if I wasnt fully aware of everything (totally ignoring THEIR mishap). I dont recommend them and will be filing a formal customer service compliant.

everything in their commercial is a lie. The only way you only going to pay $300 a month is if you buy a 1990 piece of crap. The lie that its only $ 300 down is another lie. They dont even have the cars in stock that are listed on their website. They claim that they help people with credit problems but all they try to do is put people more in the hole. the cars on the websites are listed and might not even be at the location closest to you. So you have to drive to the other location. Also, I was told that they list the inventory on the website and then its gone so quick that they cant even keep up with their own website. They call that a buisness????? their own employee said that it would be better to go to a dealership because I would get a better deal.....that says a lot.

Went to look at a van that was 2010. It wasnt in bad shape but it was pretty worn down. Asked how much the vehicle was and salesman told me I was getting a deal for the price he gave me. A deal right? Van had a lot of miles on it so I did research to see how much it should be. Well what do you know...the van at this dealership was more than double the price of its value. I could understand if they sold it for maybe 1000 over market value but paying 10000 for a van that had over189000 miles and was worn down is funny to me and they should be ashamed of themselves. How do you expect to have clients when you are robbing them? I feel for people who are so desperate they have no other choice and I guess thats what they prey on. I decided to run out of there. Please avoid this place

$300.00 down is true but what you can select is depending on your credit. The payments are in the mid $300s however they make sure that your vehicle is payed off in full within 3 years. They are a little pushy but if you stand your ground and know your stuff they will not get over on you. You have to realize that this isnt for a person with good credit its for people that cant get credit and these are people willing to work with you. You cant expect to drive off the lot in a brand new BMW when they looking at your credit score and see you cant pay you bills now.. Come on lets be real. But I have a nice SUV that I have purchased from there and its not that Im going to keeo this car forever but it is a great starting point to rebuild my credit..
