This worst my worst experience of buying anything. ... i stood in there for at least 15 minutes because it seemed to me i had been profiled....and when i did get a hold of a worker i basically got robbed out of my money....she the worker that i thought was helping me made me pay for something i didnt receive and on top of that the reciept that i received had some one else card number on there and a different item listed on there. Also what made the situation worst this was yesterday on valentines day. ....all i wanted to do was buy a gift for my girlfriend not get on purposely taken advantage of... if it wasnt for the internet i wouldnt have known this happened to me because my girlfriend got suspicious about the price i paid and looked it up just to find out Ive been charged more then 4 times the price. I will not shop there ever again. How could someone do this to anyone. Im pretty sure its goin to be a headache for me trying to get my money thats owed to me. This is just unfair!!!!!

Theres a reason that this place consistently gets 4-star reviews. Rafi is personable, very knowledgeable, and he sells high quality jewelry at a fraction of the price that youd find at the high-end brand name stores. But most importantly, hes honest.I bought my wedding band from him. I wanted a specific type of band, so I had to order it which took only 4 days to arrive. He changed the finish of the ring from shiny to brushed and engraved some words on the inside. He can do that in just minutes in his store. Also, he can re-size it w/in a half size, if necessary.I went to about 8 different jewelers in Richmond,VA mostly in Union Square and 888 Brennan and, all in all, Chaos was the best.

Honestly, I have never been so displeased with how I was treated at a store before. Everything about it was horrible! They only care about making money for themselves and not about the customer. Yes, just because I was not in my late 30s doesnt mean that gives them the right to think the me being there is a joke. I had full intentions of buying from them but now I dont want anything to do with them! Horrible. Straight up horrible! Customer service rushes you into buying you a ring and not giving you the time to even ask questions. If I can give this review 0/5 stars I would. I do not recommend jared jewelry .

Save yourself, I went in there with my SO looking for an engagement ring; I regret it. They literally just made me feel terrible! Everything they said to me would pile up to where I didnt know I could hold not crying until I walked out the building. We were just trying to get information since obviously we hadnt bought a ring before but they just want you to spend money. If this is your first time buying a ring, please dont go here! They will tell you absolutely NOTHING about what you need to know. I never want to walk into this place again.

My husband and I went to several jewelry stores to find the perfect engagement ring and I wish we had gone here first!! Jared offers you the largest selection of loose diamonds and individual settings, so when I found the perfect stone, I was able to take my time to find the perfect setting. Every time we visit we are offered something to drink and they have a kids area with a Wii and a bouncy jumper! Trust me, go here first - it will save you time and the service is unbelievable!

I was in Jared this week b/c my diamond fell out of my engagement ring! I went in there anxious and nervous about what would happen b/c I have engagement photos in 2 weeks!! Low and behold they came up with several solutions for me to get it quickly resolved. . and my ring was under warranty since I had taken the ring in to get inspected every 6mo. I left feeling at ease and Ill have my ring for my photos--Everyone was a huge help!!

HORRIBLE! Took a YEAR to get my ring seated symmetrically because they didnt size down the ring wrap- it was left at a 6.5 and the engagement sized down to a 5 1/4, then they simply welded the two together.. WORST customer service, and no one greets you or tries to suggestive sell. Go ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!

Horrible service. I have been there to buy three pieces of jewelry and have them cleaned. No one acknowledges you when you come in and I have walked out after waiting over 15 min on a few times. Tonight will be the last time I shop there.
