The owners and operators of Mr. Print are fabulous! I have not had the type of customer service they provided in years! Nolan and Debbie made me feel like my projects success was their only priority. Although, Im a small busy owner Nolan and Debbie treated me like I owned a massive corporation. They treated me like I was their only client which is clearly not the case. Mr. Print has cornered the market on customer service and exceeded expectations! You would be wise to trust your next printing projects to Mr. Print!!!!

They used to have a guy working there who knew what he was doing. Unfortunately he doesnt seem to work there anymore, now they are unable to answer most of my questions got my order wrong and wanted to charge me for a file manipulation they did with out asking me after I gave them the exact file they asked for, when confronted with their mistakes instead of being apologetic they just acted annoyed. Im now in search of a new print shop.

The staff and products at Mr Print are fantastic. Ive ordered from the large online print factories to save but end up wasting time and money because the image is either too dark or too faded or the paper is substandard. Mr. Print provides personalized service to make sure my print materials look sharp every time. They also have an extra super gloss machine that adds vibrancy to my brochures. Thank you, Mr Print!
