They did our company logo which turned out awesome! Then we went back to do our business cards [which they said they could do when we first went to them] the designer said he was too backed up. They were so nice and helpful we wanted to continue business with them, until that happened. Adam Scheiber was so busy the day we went in he said he couldnt even take our business card order. The logo was done and paid for but we still have yet to receive the official copy. We spoke with the owner Karen and she said she was sorry, that we could come in and order our business cards right way and they would be finished by the end of the week. Then a few minutes later the designer calls and says that he told us he was backed up. We would need to email what we wanted on the cards and that it would take a while for the cards to get done because he was backed up. We prefer to go in person to tell what we want so we can get it completed right the first time. I also asked since we would like to do long term business with you, you mean that we will always be put on the "back burn"? They replied yes. Business owners never go there and expect help long term! You wont receive it. You should only go there to get your logo designed.

I have used them four times now. Each time they deliver! If you have a favorite photo that you would wish could be a painting, or picture, take it to Image Monster! Just walk in and look at their display and you will know what you want. A photo sent to you on the computer? Clip it, put it on thumb drive or SD card and bring it in, You will have that one of a kind picture in a frame in no time. Oh I almost forgot, they wont take an arm and a leg either! Reasonable, Quality, and just plain nice folks.......what more can you ask

I am a local locksmith company in Wilmington A-1 Coastal Lock & Key we moved to a new location on 925 S college Rd and Karen helped me design a sign to fit our building. She was very professional and patient with us during this process. They made sure we were happy with the design and sent us several proofs to make sure it was done right. The sign looks great they got it up quick and the price was right! Very happy with the end result. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I am so happy that a friend with a small business recommended Image Monster for my business cards and marketing pieces. They were fantastic with design and understanding what I wanted! I have tried other, supposedly cheaper, means of creating marketing materials and I was always disappointed with the results. The prices were very comparable and the results far exceeded my expectations. I will always use Image Monster for marketing as well as photo products!

Ordered from an online company and didnt have a good experience. I was referred to Image Monster and stop by and dealt with Mac. Very courteous and friendly and they are going to redo the canvas at a reasonable price. I will definitely deal with them as I should have from the beginning as they are a local company. If you need a banner, photo restored, business cards, etc.; I would highly recommend you check them out!!!

Ive been getting prints of my paintings made at image monster for the better part of a decade. Ive always been impressed with the quality of their work. Theyve always been friendly and helpful. If you need banners made, art recreated, or really any kind of large scale printing done, no one in wilmington will do a better job.

We worked with Image Monster to print and design our business cards, rack cards, gift certificates, promo cards, invitations, signage for our door and windows, as well banners. Just needed stationary prints done. They printed out the wrong size that I asked for, didnt try to fix them or reprint them, charged me for the larger size, that I didnt want, and were all around pretty rude. Paper they used was also sub par in quality.

They should be more careful with who they let drive their Image Monster truck. It was a few years ago, but someone driving the truck rode my bumper, then whipped around me like a drunken sailor to pass in a no pass zone. Pretty bad impression.
