This vision center offers the worst customer service. My sons glasses keep breaking, and the technicians are not helpful in replacing them even though they are still under warranty. When we try to call, the phone rings and rings, and then we are placed on hold for 15 minutes and more at a time. Terrible, terrible service. Obviously a terrible product for our family.

This review does NOT include the store itself--only the Vision Center. Dr. Cassidy and his receptionist/assistant were fantastic. I moved here recently and have not been thrilled with the customer service and professionalism of most businesses around the area. This place, though, was great. I am very satisfied. I would recommend this place to anyone.
