I was able to go into the store and find exactly what I needed. The downside, however, was that the customer service was poor. When I entered the establishment, the associate who was (returning misplaced items?) didnt greet me, but she did give me a casual glance. What really got me was that the gentleman who rang me up was texting before, during, and after my transaction. ???? I understand if you dont greet every customer, but making me wait (albeit seconds) to finish a text is a huge "dont" in customer service. Edit: On the two consecutive times Ive been there, the cashiers were courteous and knowledgeable.

I enjoy coming here and see if what I can find. However the products offered are normally broken within a few days. What can I say for something that costs $5. However there are those days you find a deal! For example, I found copies of COD MW3 for $15 along with a $15 DLC!!!

25 people in line and only 1 cash register open. Is it not the Holidays? They still claim theyre hiring. Well who? 14 days before Christmas & thats all you can do for your customers. I left everything wherever & walked out because of that. Complete nonsense.

Great place, I always get my favorite candy here and my kids always want to come here for the toys. Usually busy but and only one or two cashiers but the line moves generally fast unlike some places

I love 5 below selections. I can find useful things I actually need for great prices, often. Its in a great location with a small gated play area right next to it and many other great shops.

Visited on 20 Dec place was packed and the checkout line was long. By the time I was done choosing my items we were the next to checkout out. Staff was terrific and courteous.

Love this place!! Havent gotten a chance to shop at the new location but it got some great stuff I especially love the vintage candy you cant just buy at the grocery store

They have a variety of items to include housewares, electronics and health and beauty. The associates are friendly and the store is well organized.

Really neat store. With everything being $5 or less, you have to be smart about purchasing some items. Also, keep your expectations realistic.

Service is great, but the selection is limited. Its much smaller than the other ones Ive been to. Has enough that Ill keep coming back though.

I liked the accessories for mobile phones, iPAD etc. also the hi tech toys. Like a Five Dollar Tree store for toys and gadgets.

Standing in the store for 15 mins at the cash then register called store twice. No one ever came out. Will not be coming back.
