Mary Ann is very rude. She continued to give me wrong information to then have another manager named theresa call and tell me something different. They were very unbothered by my issue and showed no concern or eagerness to help me resolve it. Ms Dee the highest of them all also did not want to help. I usually shop at Kmart and sears, they will no longer receive my business. They accept returns and resale them not inspecting them to ensure all of the pieces are returned. This is my 2nd time going through this with this company.

The inventory in this store is sparse, which is disappointing because our store in Hampton closed. I was particularly disappointed in the small clothing departments.
