I had a client where I work order an arrangement on FTD from this company for her husbands memorial service that was to be delivered before noon on Saturday. This company tried to deliver the flowers on both Wednesday and Thursday prior to the event even though it stated on the delivery tag inside the arrangement that they were to be delivered on Saturday. I had to contact the company multiple times to come back to pickup the flowers since their event was not until Saturday. THEN, not only did they deliver the flowers late on Saturday, they delivered them during the middle of the memorial service. The driver was extremely rude and was disruptive to the guests event. Myself and another manager tried to contact the flower shop, but all we received were a bunch of excuses. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

I love this place!!! My husband has gotten the most beautiful arrangements from them and the prices are very reasonable. I have also purchase numerour arrangements from them and this is the only place I would go for flowers. The customer service has always been so friendly and I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know. Thanks for always making such beautiful arrangements and memorable for my family and I.
