If you give special instructions, the owner of this location does not take responsibility for the product to actually reach the recipient. I ordered $70 worth of product to be delivered as a birthday gift to my mother, since my husbands service has us stationed across the country and unable to be with her on her birthday. The arrangement never made it to her. The owner claims the delivery was made, however, my mother was at home all day waiting for it. The owner refused to refund my money or send a new arrangement. Beware... if you enter "special instruction" your product is not guaranteed to reach the intended recipient.

Okay so I placed an order via the internet at at approx. 1155 this morning for a same day delivery to a business 10 minutes away. When I get home I have a voice message from someone with attitude about how its no way my order can be delivered because they didnt get it until 1530....REALLY. I know mistakes are made, but to call with attitude...TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE...when I called to clarify the manager wasnt available and when I said I think I should be compensated of course I get hesitation. I told them I will call tomorrow to speak with the manager, but this is nutty in so many way.

I ended up at this store after I had won on a facebook trivia a 6 piece dipped fruit box.That in itself was great.I went to the store to pick it up and I waited for it to get ready. While I was waiting the employees were so polite and nice. The Manager Mike ( or owner) was beyond nice. He was so accommodating in helping me place another order. He worked so hard trying to get an order to work. He succeeded.! Thank you and your staff. I can honestly say it was a pleasure, I will definitely be doing business again and again with you!

My husband received a "Delicious Celebration" yesterday. It spent the night in the fridge and this morning I took it apart and discovered a lot of the fruit was going bad. These are not cheap gifts so I called the store; I hope they take what I said into account but they certainly didnt offer any compensation. I will probably not send these as gifts again in case the recipient has the same experience.

VERY VERY BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE ARE VERY BIG ON GIFTS AND THEY DID NOT DELIEVER MY GIFT BASKET UNTIL SUNDAY FEB.15 AT 3PM. THEY SAID THEY CAME THE NIGHT BEFORE AT 9PM AND NO ONE WAS HOME. ITS FUNNY THAT MY DOG DIDNT GO OFF OR THAT ME OR NOT ONE OF MY FIVE CHILDREN HEARD THE DOOR. I HAVE BEEN CALL ALL WE TO TALK TO THE OWNER AND MANGER IS A SMART ASS!!!!!!!!!!!!! HE SHOULD HAVE A JOB

Completely incompetent. Was informed to leave the gift with the front desk of the hotel my wife was staying. They did not leave it there and I have been trying to contact the store after receiving an email stating they were unable to deliver. The store has not yet answer my phone calls. If you want reliable service spend your money another place.

I put in an order online two days before Valentines Day. I called several times and got an answer 3 times telling me it hadnt even left the store. My Valentines Day gift never got delivered and my girlfriend sat at home and wasted an entire day because of it. Dont bother placing an order with this store. You wont get it on the day you want.
