Well, for starters, the signs dont do it justice. There are multiple signs pointing the way to this glorious general store. Visions of Mast General Store kept coming to mind. Oh, what candy, oh, what treats they may have? Let us take respite from the rain and spend some of our saved up, superfluous, vacation money at this most wonderous place, we said. As we pulled up, I began to think there must be some mistake! For what should have been a wondrous sight with a great front porch, multiple rocking chairs, cracker barrels by the dozen, was nothing but a run-down white shack. Upon pulling up to this great dissapointment, my second oldest child (I have 4) announced, "I must have needs of relieving myself." "Tis nothing", I said. For having four children, we would have spent a great deal of our precious earnings at said place and therefore they would certainly think twice before denying my 7yr old a tinkle in their humble commode. Nay nay, for upon entering said "general store" (which would have barely passed as for a gas station convience store) we were informed that only cafe customers were allowed entrance into the glory that is known as the bathroom. I then asked the madam if I were to perhaps purchase a drink from the menu, if this would suffice. She said it was for "dine in" customers only. She, however, didnt object to us leaving said establishment without spending a red cent and leaving a water bottle of my childs urine on their dumpster.

My family went to Jellystone in natural bridge and went there to buy hot dogs because I had forgot them at home. We ended up there for breakfast every morning for the rest of our trip. The lady was extremely nice and had amazing food! Our last day we ended up buying the rest of her biscuits to take home along with the apple butter and macaroni salad. She had the absolute best macaroni salad Ive ever had! Great breakfast sandwiches and sausage gravy! We didnt have the lunch but if its anything like breakfast its amazing!

We stopped by here to get lunch after visiting the Natural Bridge based on a suggestion. The food was really good and the employees were really nice. I got the Ruben which was really good. Service was quick and a decent price. I was happy to stop by here.

Just Go!! Quaint place, food is really good. I got the chicken salad, its a winner!! (Not loaded with fillers or mayo.). We sat outside on the porch but they do have inside seating. Yummy, fair pricing and the people were really nice.

Just a mile up the road from Natural Bridge.We had a Reuben and a Turkey Reuben. Sandwiches were excellent. Service was fast and courteous. We will go back here next time we are in the area.

Im not sure where Lauren Smith went but weve never had anything but great service and good food here. I dont even live near by but make it a point to stop here when in the area.

Great food. Fair prices. Great service but a little slow. They were in the process of hiring a new worker, so that will speed up service. Very friendly and pleasant staff.
