UPDATE: A couple of days after purchasing the vehicle I noticed a puff of smoke rising from the tailpipe upon startup. Initially I disregarded the issue as I thought it may be contributed to the car not being driven for a while. Not the case. The problem continued and since the vehicle was still under factory waranty, I decided to take it to the dealer for diagnosis. It was determined that oil was leaking into the turbo lines. A couple of days later I had to return to Perfect Auto to settle a financial matter and the gentleman I spoke with ASKED ME about the smoke issue. He stated that he told Alex to call me and advise me of the smoke issue and to take the vehicle to the dealer while it was still under dealer warranty. I never heard from Alex. I was stunned! If it was known prior to me purchasing the vehicle that this was an issue, why wasnt it mentioned? Its a good thing I decided to take it to the dealer myself prior to the warranty expiration. Needless to say I was pretty pissed! My vehicle has been at the dealer since Saturday 15 Aug and I was just informed that I wont have it back until next week! The line and the turbo have to be replaced. I would definitely think twice before purchasing a car from this dealer. Imperfect Auto is more like it! Today was a great day to purchase a vehicle!! We used USAA car buying service and found the perfect vehicle at Perfect Auto. Alex was great, very professional and gave us a great overview of the vehicle. He allowed a test drive without the hassle of having a sales person in the vehicle with us. This allowed for a more comfortable test drive experience. We did not feel pressured to purchase but after such a great experience we decided to do so. Would definitely recommend Perfect Auto to any one interested in purchasing a quality used vehicle.

This dealership makes it sound like theyre doing you a favor by showing you a car. Their dealership fee is $599 which is as high as a certified Toyota/Honda dealership and theyre not even a well known dealership. On top of that, they charge a recondition fee of $995...CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? And that too on a car they did not even detail. And then they rudely say Audi dealership charges 1200 recondition fee. Dude, first of all youre talking about Audi dealership and you are a small local dealership that I did not even notice existed in 4 years. In short very arrogant and unprofessional people whose cars are overpriced. I wish there was a zero star option.

I was extremely pleased with the service at Perfect Auto. I first purchased a BMW here and the car was clean, in excellent condition and exactly as described. The professionalism and customer service exceeded my expectations and they were incredibly patient with me throughout the entire process. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and made me feel comfortable with my decision. I was really pleased with the entire experience and love my car. My parents recently purchased their car here (2013 BMW) and had an equally positive experience. Similar to the below reviewers, I continue to recommend them.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I drove an hour and a half to come look at a vehicle. The back parking lot is muddy and has deep water in it. I stepped in some of the water that went above my ankles. There was ice all over the place. I asked the gentleman if he could pull the bus forward about 20 feet so I could look at it and he told me he was not allowed to until I got approved for the loan. Its actually unheard of. I will post a picture of where the Van Is. I had the deposit and the loan approval. Stay clear of this business. This place is a joke. Perfect auto is far from perfect.

Would rate 0 if I could. Incredibly rude staff. They offered a lower price on a car, but wasnt quite what I was willing to pay. Left to think about it and called back a couple days later. Asked if we could still work out the deal and they acted as if they had no idea what we were talking about. They were short and acted as if they didnt have the time of day. Received a call back a few minutes later stating they didnt realize we were paying cash. Well, didnt that change their attitude. Needless to say, Ill take my money and business where it is appreciated.

Rude and incompetent staff that act as if their customers are an inconvenience to them. The sales people seem to have little to no knowledge and understanding of their vehicles or the services that they sell. But if you have an infinite amount of time and patience go ahead.

Dishonest. I purchased a vehicle here, and when I came to pick it up, the dealership informed me that there was only one key. Then, they berated me as if I was stupid for assuming that a 2013 BMW should come with two keys. It cost me another $460 to have another key made.

Arrived at this dealership to purchase a 2015 Hyundai Sonata. The salesman I worked with was Ahmad Yaser. He was very accommodating with the service he provided. Very knowledgeable and definitely went to great lengths to ensure I left happy and I did in my new vehicle.

The lot price given by the dealer wasnt honored in negotiations and the manager chocked it up to "just a mistake" - thousand dollar mistake. This dealership is full of snakes who tried to take advantage of a senior citizen.

I worked with Ahmad through the USAA Car Buying Service. It was a great, smooth, no pressure experience. Bought a 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe at a good price. So far so good. I would recommend and buy from them again.

Buyer Beware! Many of the cars at this place are flood vehicles. The dealer reconditions them, so they do not have any insurance claim, therefore, they check out ok and have clean titles, but they are flood cars!
