Well lets just say my experience has not been well. I have a 2011 jeep patriot that i drove off the lot brand new from Buchan in Waynesboro i have nothing but issue with them so i decided to go to Shivelys that was even a bigger joke. Jeep needs a transmission out of warranty by yrs but not by miles. Didnt know that it needed a transmission until i went on vac last week and have it break down on 95 7 miles from south of border. Called up Tim service manger in Shivleys gave him a few choice words.Dealership in SC discovered it needed a transmission. Brought back to PA to shivelys and they say it dont all Tim can say is its out of warranty nothing i can do well lets back up aug of 2016 and i asked you to drop the pan because my jeep is not riding right no instead aug 15 2016 u call and say it needs rotors ok 600.00 later we put rotors on pick the jeep up and it still is doing what is was when brought in ask again to drop pan after i come in there and i take u for a test drive u call me up on aug 16 2016 and say its needs spark plugs so over 100.00 later spark plugs. U for sure me this is going to fix my problem. Tim states to me i dont want you to go on vac and jeep break and then trip runiuned. Well guess what jeep broke down and vac runiuned. Now u dont want to make it right. You tell my husband nothing u can do out of warranty and u say to him cant predict whats going to happen to your vechicle seriously its only 5 yrs old. So this is just one of the few problems i have had with this jeep. I have had my 4x4 worked on they found metal shaving in transfer case. Rear bearing on both back and drivers side done twice. Thats just a few the list goes on I have a folder full. Also had to replace the coolent over flow plastic bottle under the hood really a piece of plastic didnt even out last the jeep.I have been in contact with Chrysler but they have talked to Tim so its his word against mine. So once again bend over grab your ankles. So with this being said i told the lady at Chrysler I WILL NEVER OWN A JEEP CHRYSLER DODGE EVER. I DO NOT CARE IF U SELL THEM FOR A PENNY. THIS WAS MY FIRST NEW CAR I EVER OWNED AND ITS JUNK JUST LIKE ALL THE USED CAR I USED TO OWN. I WILL NEVER EVER DEAL WITH SHIVELY MOTORS IN CAHMBERSBURG AGAIN AND WORD OF MOUTH BABY WORD OF MOUTH AND I HAVE A BIG MOUTH AND KNOW ALOT OF PEOPLE.

My car buying experience at Shively was top notch. I ordered a brand new 2017 Rubicon Recon. Eric was my salesman. He was always on top of every detail and always asked if there was anything he could do. Never have I had a better experience he was never pushy and well informed. If he did not know the answer he found the answer. And as for price dont waste your time looking on other dealer lots NO one will beat their price. I tried and even the big city dealers couldnt match them. I waited 2 months for my vehicle to come in and every step of the way Eric kept in contact and gave me updates. At the end even the finance guys were very down to earth and very friendly. This is the first brand new car I have ever had and the experience couldnt have been better. I searched for the best deal around on a new 2014 Ram Crew Cab Sport 4x4 which lead me to Shively Motors. I was a little hesitant to drive 540 miles but the price and service I received over the phone was too good not to take the risk. My wife and I have purchased 14 cars together and our purchase at Shively Motors was the greatest purchase experience by far thanks to Jason. All of the paper work was ready to go when we walked in and was exactly what we had previously discussed over the phone. I absolutely love my truck but I can say with confidence that we will definitely make the 540 miles once again when its time to buy another vehicle. Great experience, I live an hour away from the dealer. the salesman that helped me was Eric (great guy and professional )told me about an awesome dodge dart turbo they had (now its in front of my house) he sent me a few pictures of the car I told I want it did my credit application the finance guy did his magic and got me approved for the car went to the dealer and in 30min after signing papers I had the keys to my car. I love the fact that I didnt have to spend a whole day in the dealer a few text ,calls and pics its all it took. Be back for a dodge charger one day . Thank you guys

Made my first road trip to the beach in my new Grand Cherokee Limited and cant wait to drive home!!! Absolutely love it❤️! If you are looking for a new SUV dont hesitate to test drive one of these! Gas mileage averaged 27 mpg, better than sticker of 24. My husband and I appreciated Jasons friendly, no pressure approach. Dont hesitate to stop in and see Jason for your best deal on a new Jeep! Stopped in on a Thursday morning in late May while on a road trip.Car had developed a clunking noise in the front end. Reception in service dept. Was friendly and effective and they had it on a lift within 15 min. They tightened a bolt under warranty and had us on our way within 50 min. Very happy with this!
