Car Expo is down a dead end street in a small industrial park - not a place one would expect to find a used car dealership. However, when we arrived what we found was a very clean lot and show room with an excellent selection of used vehicles at very reasonable prices. Everything about the purchase was pleasurable. No pushy sales person, freedom to test drive the vehicle without the sale person, straight forward document preparation without attempted sales of other non-required services, and a low processing fee. I was unable to negotiate on the vehicle price but given it was lower than the price for the same vehicles at other regional stores and lower than prices found at research sites online, it didnt bother me. The next time I need a used vehicle, I will look here first.

Be careful with these people. Even after extensive conversations about the condition of the car and explaining that I was replacing the same car that was totaled, it wasnt Car Expo, but DOC Auto Body down the road who did an incredible inspection for $100. Obvious things such as hanging exterior trim below the driver door and deep, scratches were not brought to my attention by Car Expo and were not visible in the pictures. Although its a black car, they knew I was looking for a car in excellent condition and this was clearly not the case. Regardless, the inspection is the best money I spent to not be disappointed (and drive over four hours) to find out in person.

I purchased my second car from Car Expo (Mike) just recently; a 2012 Acura TL. I have had the car for about 2 months and love it! The experince at Car Expo was pleasant, professional and no pressure which, in car buying, is a definite must have! I test drove a bout 6 cars before I decided on the Acura. By the way, the selection Car Expo has makes it difficult to choose, but that is not a bad thing. The first car I bought was a 2007 Civic Coupe for my son which he still drives - This car has been operating smoothly for the past 4+ years with no issues. I definitely recommend Car Expo, both for their quality cars and for freindly and prefessional service.

Absolutely Horrible....negotiated over the phone on a car I was told was "immaculate" by one of the owners. Should have known it was all a lie after he first said the tire tread on the tires was "less" than half then changed his story during negotiations. Had a used car inspection done on the vehicle and there was MAJOR work that needed to be done it, including visible damage to the front bumper, that they claim they didnt see. The owners are rude and devoid of honesty and personality…no wonder the lot stays full of unsold cars.

Car expo was very professional and easy to deal with. They were pretty firm on prices but ended up coming down on price $500.00. Check everything on car windows locks etc and they may come down if you find something wrong with the car. The dealership had a very nice indoor showroom and office. I would reccomend the dealer to any one and I would use them again.

I was sold a vehicle with illegal items on it. I was pulled over and ticketed. When I called to inform them, they came up with every excuse (not even reasonable ones) possible to not take accountability for not making sure that the vehicles they sell are legit. If you do not want surprises and court dates, do not purchase a car from this dealership.

I give Car expo 5 stars out of 5. I had the best experience that I have ever had purchasing a car. There was no pressure and I was in and out of there in an hour. The customer service was excellent. They have a great selection of inventory and some of the best prices I found. I will definitely be back.
