If I could give ZERO stars I would. This location use to be a great location and over the last few months this location has been going down hill today June 1, 2017 myself and my husband came into this location when we walked in we had to wait 10 minutes for the hostess to come out and greet us( Which was odd because when she was walking us to the table there werent many customers in the dinning area). We were sat right after a 6 top (note myself and my husband are a 2 top) the waitress came and got our drink orders then left and came back to get our meal orders. well we placed our orders at 12:56pm EST and about 15 minutes after we where sat another couple was sat and that couple placed their orders and got their drinks very quickly. Well another 10 minutes go by and by now our sweet teas are empty and have been empty for 20 minutes and we didnt see our server until 1:20pm When she filled our Sweet Teas then dropped off my salad and the main entree was finally served at 1:23pm (Which I shall mention that the 6 top is now leaving with doggy bags because they have eaten and are full and the couple who was sat after us had received their food 6 minutes before the waitress filled our drinks) Then when we finally got our food (We ordered the Buttermilk Oven Fried Chicken I had a side Mixed Green Salad no tomato along side of the Brussels Sprouts N Kale Salad and my husband had the same thing except instead of a salad he got the Fresh Steamed Broccoli ) the chicken was very dry and the Brussels Sprouts N Kale was dry and disgusting I literally took one bite and put it to the side and the Mixed Green Salad had 2 cucumbers on it and when I went to eat it it was warm not even cold like it should have been. I ate the chicken (which is the only part of the meal that I ate and i have a sinking feeling that it was left to sit under the heat lamp and dry out ) and my husband ate his chicken and his broccoli ( which tasted like rubber ) the server never came back to check to see how the meal was until we had stood up to leave then she came and grabbed the plates that I had stacked and bolted to the kitchen she did not ask if everything was okay nor did she seem to care that almost an entire meal was not eaten. This place wasnt very busy to have such horrible service. Nor was it busy enough for the waitress to disregard us and only come to the table 7 times for the entire visit and she should have inquired about the uneaten food as well . This visit was a waste of $ 26.06 I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone !! Save yourself the time and avoid this place.

I frequent the store side of the business and dine here at least once a month. The service on 2/20/17, however, was sub-par. We informed the server that it was my birthday - we ordered. 10 minutes into the wait we asked that the sweet tea be brought to the table. Once the food arrived we had to send portions back due to it being wrong. In fact it took the entire meal (40 minutes) for the hash browns to arrive. The night continued like this. Most restaurants will do a "little something special" when you announce a birthday. Not my waiter. He never informed the wait staff to come over and sing Happy Birthday...how do I know? Upon leaving, we stopped for shopping on the store side. We purchased several items - the cashier was delightful. To my surprise what do I hear -- another waitress area singing Happy Birthday to that table. Now Im not sure what was wrong with my waiter and or why he couldnt get it right, but if this was my first visit it would be my last visit. I hope my 10% tip instead of the usual 20% tip sent a message to this young man. Serve is important. Take care of your customers and they will take care of you.

Our service was horrible. The food wasnt much better. After waiting 10 minutes, we had to find our server and ask for refills. I ordered the chicken and dumplings. I was served a gelatinous mass of goop. My husband ate his burger. I ate my sides and left the entree Again, she searched for the server. When she came to the table, I asked for a refill. She asked if it was to go. I said no and asked for a dessert menu. She said, what do you want. I asked what my choices were. Rather than say what they had or show a menu, she said, what do you want for dessert. I answered that my husband likes chocolate cake. She said we got that. I asked if they had ice cream and was told, yeah. I gave up hoping for anything that resembled good service. Frustrated, I went to the store to look at items while my husband tried to find the server to get the check. I was hoping a manager would stop by and notice that I hadnt touched my entree but no luck. We paid and left. Never again.

I live very close so this one is convenient, but its time to take off my list locally. Just plain disappointing. Couple weeks ago for breakfast and among other issues was served raw bacon. I especially asked for crispy bacon so when I asked the server if they thought that was crispy, was simply told doesnt look like it.. I had to actually ask for the manager.. When the manager arrived, she immediately stated that the bacon was so under one, it could make someone sick. I told her that I couldnt believe my meal was sent from the kitchen. She agreed and offered no excuses. It was only my wife and I so she cut the bill in half. The server came out soon after and while dropping the ticket in motion, informed me of the deduction. I could go on, but it wont change a thing. Went with a group for lunch today.. NOT GOOD.. BAD SERVER - AGAIN. Good news is that I cant complain anymore because I will not go again.

This is normally a great place to eat...still is but this particular cracker barrel is quite horrible at keeping up the customer satisfaction. For instance, Tonight they so far have managed to serve others before me (Im by myself), one waitress asked what I was drinking and never returned with a refill, the manager has to come by each table and ask if everything is ok and he later refilled my sweet tea which took about ten seconds to get.I havent seen my waitress for a while and now my food is here after about 40 min or so Im guessing they hope evening will be ok with a warm meal...no.And lastly, on my most recent visit for my birthday....same exact issue except it wasnt just me they were making mad.I had a word with the manger and made no effort to make anything better.if you dont like dying of thirst or waiting dont come here!!!

Been to many cracker barrells but this one has some terrible service. After 10 minutes of sitting we final were asked about drinks which took awhile to come out. Asked for the biscuits and got a plate of cold ones with no honey as my wife asked. Didnt bring any plates and when our server finally came back with those, they were soaked. Had to use our few napkins to wipe the plates down. Food was about the same you would get from any other cracker barrell but again service was awful. Didnt get a single refill on drinks and she didnt bother taking the biscut plates when the food came. All of this is with an entitled/attitude look on her face. The guest next to us had her as well and was just as bad. This is the only one around me and I will say Im not going to be back. Ill make the trip else ware.
