HORRIBLE service . WORST restaurant experience Ive ever had . I came here with my family after a wonderful day at water country . Everyone was in a good mood and we were excited to try out Cracker Barrel . Our horrible waitress ( Shakeya ) ruined our entire evening . She had an attitude the minute she came to the table , then she kept trying to rush us to order after we told her 3 times we werent ready . I asked her politely if I could have a Fanta with no ice and after waiting 15 minutes for the drink she still didnt bring it . I asked her politely once again and she rolled her eyes , And said its coming with an attitude . Our silverware was dirty and we asked her for plastic ware . She never brought that out either , the manger did . When our food finally came out , my step dads meat loaf wasnt all the way cooked , my boyfriends chicken and dumplings had no chicken and my food was cold . The manager tried to fix the food issue . We had asked shekaya for refills , after patiently waiting 10 minutes , she finally brought them out . Now Shekya NOT once apologized for anything and she avoided us until it was time to bring out the bill . When she brought the bill out she didnt speak to anyone or give any eye contact or even apologize . She rudely slammed the bill on the table and walked away . Needless to say we wont be back . Thank You Shakeya for ruining our night and the last day of our vacation . Do NOT come here !! Save your money

We frequently have dined at Cracker Barrels through out our travels. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had at one. They served hard bread, no bread plates. Server was brand new and they sat him with too many tables. I mean the small stuff can be aggravating and can be looked over but when you come to expect a certain quality of food from a brand and it isnt there then its an issue. It was like they took a break from cooking, cold and unseasoned food, totally not Cracker Barrel standards. Just because your in a tourist location doesnt mean you slack corners on quality.

The server was prompt and well mannered otherwise this place deserves a one star. Portions were small. A lonely, small piece of chicken with the dumplings tasted boiled instead of "simmered" . The mac and cheese tasted more artificial than normal. Close to toxic tasting. Kraft would have saved the day. Its obvious the restaurants quality control takes a nose dive during busy times. Cracker Barrel will not be a road side stop for a meal while traveling for a long time. Strongly suggest by-passing for any other restaurant in the area.

I had my Thanksgiving Dinner at this Cracker Barrel it out right sucked. Will never celebrate another Holiday meal at this Cracker Barrel. Service was great but the food Not! They ran out of sweet potato casserole by 4 oclock. Only served white meat of the turkey and best of all NO HAM! I will say our server did lie about that. He said we would get a extra portion OMG the meal came and plates were small portions of all. I should of walked out, just couldnt. Please beware if your planning to eat there at Christmas!

We went to Cracker Barrel for Thanksgiving (because we were traveling this year). Got our name on the list, said it would be an hour. Checked on our name on, we were 4th to be called. We waited and noticed people who came in after us were being seated. I went and asked and said we were 6th on the list. I grabbed the manager and told him what was going on and he seated us right away. Food was really good and they were slammed..

This place is a must for us. Food is good & plentiful. The other half of this place is their store, & we can never leave without buying something. They have toys, clothes, seasonal items, teas, books, movies, candy & more. The only negative I can say about this place is the food prices have gone up significantly over the years. 3 ppl for dinner cost $42 plus $10 tip tonight. Used to be able to do that for 4 ppl.

Have been to many Cracker Barrels and this has by far been the best experience I have had. Was promptly seated, waitress by the name of Danny was on top of her game, quick to greet us, get our drinks and promptly brought our dinner out as soon as it was ready. Food was better here than any of the others I have had and next time I am up this way I will definitely be coming back here.

Poor service. Host was pleasant....waiter was nice but NO clue of customer service. Never offered to fill tea. Pinto beans cold and I was finished when he came by and wanted to bring more. I was finished with meal...seemed obvious to me. I had to suggest he not charge me for the full bowl of cold beans. I would have thought that was covered in training? Nice kid just no training.

Love it here! Even on a Sunday morning the wait was very reasonable and we didnt feel rushed. The dining room is noisy, but because of the way its built it doesnt feel over bearing. The server was super nice and helpful and we always had fresh coffee. The food was delicious and the portions were large. I cant wait to go back and try one of their desserts!!

In my opinion, you can never go wrong with a place like Cracker Barrel. The food is consistent and the prices are good too. My only complaint about this particular one, was the length of time it took to get our meal. Some how our order ticket got lost, the manager apologized, but didnt offer any discount on our bill (which would have been nice).

Sino was our server. He isnt American so it was a little hard to understand him, and he us. It took them a little while to take our orders, so we were prepared to order our drinks and food when he showed up. The steak wasnt seasoned, And he forgot to bring out a lot of the items we had requested. Cracker Barrel is hit or miss with me.

Orders by phone, arrived at expected twenty minutes time told to me by order taker. Arrived and waited an extra twenty minutes. Food was room temperature, no utensils, no biscuits, no sauce. I sent it back to be remade. After another ten minutes, the food was hot as it should have been. Cashier (Kate) was friendly and helpful.
