I was trying to return an item my brother had purchased and 3 days in a row they told me their system was down for returns. The first day they told me they dont have any money to refund me and I told the Sales rep that it was a card transaction. She went to the back and when she came back she told me their system was down. The second time my brother went to return it and they were just opening up the gate and Bryan the manager told him their system is down for returns. I got fed up and called the store 2 mins after my brother left and Bryan told me I can come and return the item. When I went in he recognized me and told me his system was down. I then went back and called customer service and they flat out told me thats a lie and they can take returns specially if they can take purchases. After being on a brief hold customer service told me to go back and Bryan will personally take the return. I sent my brother back after a few moments and everytime he would punch in his pin Bryan would press something on his screen (when it said waiting for associate) and it would get denied. Saying, "you see I told you it was down". So after the third time by brother waited until Bryan wasnt expecting it and he turned Bryans screen and quickly entered his pin and it went through. Bottom line is this finish line store #104 will try to cheat you out of a return. I would never want to shop their again. So be careful if you make purchases with them.
