I placed an order IN STORE, on December 16th. I received my reciept via email, got a little worried after a few days of no confirmation email saying my order was placed. I then called the Journeys store in short pump, Virginia and was told that my order was received and was given a tracking number. I then track my package online and the status is "refunded." Once again, I have yet to receive any emails regarding my order OR the fact that it is being refunded. When I look at the receipt I got via email it states "you will be notified if we are unable to fulfill your order..." LIE. The frustration of one, being told an item is available in the store AND PAYING FOR IT and two, to not even have it here for christmas, also leaving me without MY money. absolutely ridiculous. It is now December 31st and I have yet to receive this "check" nor has anyone reached out to me regarding this order, no email on WHY my order was unable to be placed, nothing. Im livid and will no longer be shopping with this company!

The workers there were making fun of me and laughing. Also taking picture of my friend, trying to make it look like there were taking a picture but they were. So rude. Dont go here
