I usually dont rant or write bad reviews but the services I was provided at DSW today was beyond worst. My mother got me a pair of Nikes shoes. She bought size 10. I wear 9.5 Only reason size is a big deal because its was a pair of running shoes. Anyways, I went to the store to switch the size. First, the cashiers were just talking while I waited for 5 mins. Then the cashier called the manager who took 15 mins to show up to take a look at the shoes. Right away I was told by the manager she will not exchange these shoes because I wore them and now I want to return them. When I told her I just tried them on and the size didnt fit me she responded back saying "I been working in shoe store from last 6 years". WTF does that have to do with anything. Anyhow, thanks for runing my birthday present from my mom. Never ever Im going to any DSW ever.

Clean, large store but they seldom have anything in stock. Most anything you find online, they dont have it. The pluses are that the folks working there are friendly, aisles are wide, lots of sales in the back racks, and parking is relatively easy.

Convenient location to come to to find a good pair of shoes. Plenty of parking in the front and the store itself is usually not very crowded. Big selection of shoes. You will find what you need here.

Clean and nicely organized. I was there to do their inventory and the associated were very helpful in getting our "SKU checks" done quickly. Good selection of clothing accessories, too!!

Large place and lots of options, I just dont think they have enough business to keep huge stocks, gotta go back often to check what they have

Wide variety of shoes but if you are petite and wear sizes 5 and 5.5 dont waste your time and go somewhere else.
