They carry quality, name brand shoes at reduced prices. If you find a shoe you like but isnt in your size, they will have it sent to the store for you to try with no obligation to buy. Their reduced section contains truly amazing discounts. A quick internet search while shopping lets you know just how good a bargain youre getting. I really needed new boots &fell in love with a pair of boots that were offered online between $260-350. They started at $260 (w/a MSRP of $399) at DSW, but were discounted 50% off ($130), and discounted 25% for their boot sale, resulting in a final price of $98. These same boots were sold out on many websites, but for $260+, which although worth the money, I would never have considered buying at that price, even for their amazing Italian leather. Additionally, as a rewards member, you earn $10 for every $150 spent. Sometimes they send coupons for double points & an extra $10 off.

I went to go pick up my shoes from them. I tried the shoes on but I needed a bigger size. I told the associate its too small I need a bigger size. She said ok, she never said she was giving me an exchange or anything. She ended up cancelling my order which she never explained what she was doing. So I said so should I get the other size, she said no I cancelled the order. If I tell you I need a bigger size why didnt you explain what you were doing instead she took it upon herself just to cancel. If a customer tells you she or he needs a bigger size, the associate should say do you want an exchange or return? I like DSW and trying not to let one associate ruin that.

Worst customer service ever, the cashier was very rude and unprofessional , I was replying with very polite way to her but she continued with her unsmiling face and rudeness , even the customer that was in front of me was not happy dealing with her. She does not fit for this type of work.

Stores like this are the reason people shop online. Has good prices but you are constantly hounded by staff and getting rung up takes 10 times longer than it should because they incessantly offer you things you dont want. If you dont mind that then youll be fine.

For most made Chinese shoes, the price to steep, can find same show on eBay for much less , I think if they lower the prices they will have more sales volume beating sales profit at a higher price. Thanks

I went in for mens shoes, of which there was a wide selection of both style and size, however there wasnt as many different styles as Ive seen in other locations... At least in regards to mens shoes.

I rarely find shoes I want. They must cater to the younger generation who like HIGH hells. They do sell shoes for men, women, and few children as well as socks and purses.
