My boyfriend and I have slept on a 23 year old bed for the past 10 years, really looked forward to getting a new mattress so we stopped by this grand furniture today. Walked around for 10 minutes with no greeting, another set of customers walked in and got greeted on the spot. Then when one salesman finally came around asked us of we had any question, I said we have PLENTY of questions (we obviously havent bought a mattress before) and the guy walks away. What the crap. Just cause we look young doesnt mean we werent going to purchase anything and definitely deserved better customer service. Never again.

Very disappointed in the service we received at the Greenbrier Pkwy location. The credit dept people were not interested in answering questions or helping in any way. The salesperson was not willing to honor simple requests. Will not waste anymore time at this store.

This place is the worst. Theres always a problem with the system. The customer representatives are unprofessional and have the worst attitudes. I came to pay my bill in full, and because they didnt want to listen ended up making me pay someone elses account!!!

The people are always so friendly and are ready to help from the start. They have really good deals on furniture and have a lot to choose from. Its definitely worth the look

We received great customer service but their furniture is not the best quality. They also do not let you buy just the pieces of a certain sectional sofa that you want.
