Found a couch we liked. Purchased and set up delivery three weeks after purchase. The delivery men refused to even attempt to bring the couch into our home. Even after I agreed to sign a waiver of liability, they refused. Dont waste your time with this company. The delivery people are the worst. I took time off from work to be sure to be at my home for delivery. The delivery man walks in the front door and states this is not going to work. Im like excuse me. He asks it there are any other doors to the residence. I take him to the back door and through the back yard. Then I go back into the house. He then walk in with a phone and says here you need to talk to them. I get on the phone and the person on the line states I need to reschedule delivery because the delivery men cant get the couch into my home. At no point had they even lifted a finger to attempt to bring the couch in nor measure. I told the person on the phone no, I was not rescheduling anything. They needed to speak to my husband. They gave me a number to call them back. When he calls, its a recording, so he left a message and called me back. He spoke with one of the delivery men and asked what was going on. They stated they would be liable for anything they track into the home so they couldnt deliver the couch and he didnt think it would fit anyway. My husband asked what our options were and the driver responded we could sign a waiver of liability. I agreed to sign and the other guys there say they are not doing it. There were 3 guys total. So one guy says. He would but he cant do it on his own. They drive off and I was left with no furniture. We reach out to The Dump for a full refund and they are charging a 15% restocking fee because the furniture would not fit. No one ever measured nor attempted to install the furniture. I do not understand how they can say its the customers fault when the delivery company never attempted the delivery. They literally refused. Buyer beware.

We were there today (Dec 4, 2016) for a total of 35-40 minutes and never ONCE did an employee even greet us! Much less offer assistance to help us find what we were looking for our help with questions we may have. We walked in ready to locate and purchase a king size bed, mattress, and adjustable frame. We couldnt find anything that had the information we wanted, but we even decided to walk around the store before leaving, to see if anyone would approach us. No one ever did. So instead of spending the money we brought, excited about our new purchase, we walked out, IMMENSELY DISAPPOINTED. This is the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced! We will never return nor will we ever spend money at this place. We are taking our business elsewhere. Upon walking in, the place looked very nice. They had a lot of interesting items, and plenty of employees to help us in choosing what we came for. We planned a drive there to choose and purchase a king size bed with adjustable frame because we were interested and researched it for awhile and we wanted to find the perfect one for our need. We checked out the mattress section and kept looking at all the different selections, but the questions we had remained unanswered. NO ONE EVER APPROACHED US TO HELP! Even when we kept looking around for people and genuinely looked like we needed some assistance, no one cared. We looked around. 2 or 3 employees were standing around having a conversation with each other and completely ignoring all customers. Another man was on his cell phone talking to whomever he felt was more important than helping customers. Numerous others were just standing around and watching things but never moving to go offer help. Some kept walking back and forth but never stopped any of the customers that they passed. This company could have been promising, and we would have used them for all of our larger furniture decisions. Now that will NEVER happen.

The sales people at the dump store were fine and the furniture was of good quality. However, the delivery service and subsequent installation was absolutely terrible. The delivery guys were required to put the bed frame together. They did so while I was in another room. They placed the frames at a diagonal angle where the screws were completely loose on a number of pieces and subsequently placed the mattress over the top so they thought I wouldnt see it. Also, they were required to put the mirror together to attach to the dresser I bought. They told me the hardware was not available to install the mirror and left without installing it. Third, on a dining table I bought they stripped five out of eight screws to attach metal bridges to the underside of the table and didnt have any replacement screws to secure the bridge properly. Last but not least, I was supposed to have 6 chairs delivered with the dining table. They left me 5. The delivery driver was completely rude when I asked him to fix the items that I found lacking in acceptable quality. When I pointed out the diagonal frames on the bed, the delivery guy asked me "what you want me to do, you got a ruler?" Then when I pointed out the fact the bridge on the table was missing several screws he just said theres nothing he can do he doesnt have any more screws. What installation tech doesnt have extra screws? Customer service number hasnt even answered my calls the last two days. Never purchase furniture from here if you want it delivered!!!!

I will never in my life purchase anything from the Dump ever again! I had an awesome experience purchasing a couch, but then a month after having it, springs started popping out of one of the recliners and it started sinking.... We didnt think it would be a big deal because we purchased the extended warranty. When we called to submit the claim, they wouldnt let us because they said we were still under warranty with the Dump. So I called the Dump, submitted the claim and a man came out to look at it and take pictures (this was in May 2015). The man said someone from customer service will be in touch to let me know when the parts would be in and when they could fix it. Flash forward to FEBRUARY 2016 (a whopping 9 months later), and the couch is FINALLY fixed. I kept hearing the same sad, lame excuse "the parts are coming from overseas and there is nothing we can do until they get there." That is absolutely a lie.... Either this company was trying to save money and mass ship parts or never submitted the claim in the first place. How about order the parts from a different company? Maybe one in the U.S.? Their excuses were awful!!! It should never take nine months to have a couch fixed. And when I provided my feedback on the phone, all I was offered was a $100 gift card - nope, I just wanted my couch fix but apparently that was too much to ask. Living here my entire life, I used to enjoy going into the Dump, but never again. Waste of money, time and a headache, especially during the holidays.
