I was sold an old, incorrect product in the place of the product I wanted to purchase. After being given the runaround and then having to wait even longer for a manager, he just kept telling me to see things from his point of view. Which is that he cant let me exchange the product, even though I had literally just purchased it and it was unopened. Apparently his point of view is fraud and false advertisement. Instead of trying so hard to convince me to see his side, maybe he could have tried to look at it from my side. As a weekly patron of this Farm Fresh, I can say that after this experience I will never shop here again and I do not recommend that anyone else does either. It was convenient being nearby, but I will gladly pay a little extra gas money to go to a grocery store with better prices, and better management. I hope flexing your power as a manager was worth losing a loyal customer forever.

This Farm Fresh is always organized and when other stores are out of items I am shopping for; they are almost guaranteed to have it in stock
