Prefer the one out in Airport Plaza. Dont try to get a sub on a weekend morning.. youll be told she has a lot ahead of you and then will just go to the back and chat it up with other workers. Same with a few of the Deli workers. You stand, they see you and you leave after 5 minutes or more.... Cashiers at Customer Service could use some "People Skills" too. Hardly no cashiers at all and the lines are bad. Specially since they took out the Self Checkouts. There are some good cashiers, but watch it with the ones that love gum.. youll have bubbles blown and gun snapping. Not what you would expect a cashier to be doing. Pharmacy is great... Scripts on time for pickup always and they are very friendly back there..

This is frankly a more ghetto tops. There are bars planted in the pavement so you cannot take any carts outside of the immediate 10 feet of the store. If you have a lot of groceries you will want to pull up to the store to unload since you cant take your cart to the lot. Produce is meh. Most fresh food options expire quickly. I only would go here to buy prepared items in a pinch. Otherwise I would go to the closest wegmans instead of here.

great service, 3 stars because the store needs a few things like they need to put the electric cart stop system in ( magnetic wire runs around edge of parking lot and prevents carts from leaving the parking lot) and remove the bars that prevent your cart from going past the store front sidewalk. i worry if someone will steal my cart full of food because i have to go pull my car up because i cant carry everything in one trip.

Great prices I am not sure if I would ever go to this store again. I was getting my medications filled there for years, I just recently found out that they had all of my information wrong and my medications were not getting filled properly. Now Im totally out of some of my medications and Im having trouble getting them filled because of the mistakes made by Tops pharmacy.

Managers need to learn what the word manager means. They are hard to talk to, never around, wont listen to customer feedback , unwilling to please or negotiate with a customer over anything and they are more like an order taker than a manager. Always having to check with someone. What do they think a managers jib is. Its to make decisions not excuses.

Its a Tops, i.e. a run of thr mill supermarket. The neighborhood is pretty bad, so it tends to attract a lot of shady customers, hence the armed guard regularly guarding the exit. The store itself is clean and has a decent product selection, but the prices are on the higher side.

This tops even though its in a not so great location. Its actually a really good tops. I never had a complaint about anything except I wish they had the self- check out still. It made it easier to get in and out quickly.

The carts are outside at the opposite end of the store as the only entrance. Bad for disabled or elderly. Manager thought my mentioning it was amusing. However, the deli woman was very pleasant and helpful.

This is a beautiful store and replaced Wegmans and great for people on he north side as alot of people dont have cars and can walk to this tops and several senior apts in the area.
