I have been to Acme several times for Tattoos and a piercing. The wait was average for a tattoo shop, but they move pretty quick. They are good at estimating the amount of time a tattoo will take and either do it immediately or set an appointment for a future date.I have had work done by Jason, and he has straight lines and fills in beautifully. They are clean, take their time with the clients, and they have a relaxed waiting area (cannot see any piercings or tattoos that are in process). It was truly a great experience!

had THE BEST piercing experience i have yet to have at acme of charlottesville. Ive had many piercings done but this place was by far the friendliest, cleanest, most professional place i have been too. we were in and out in less than a half hour, i got a nose piercing by Wes and it was so quick and only pinched for a short second. WAY less painful then the first time i got it done by a crappy place i will never return to. for sure coming back next month to get my tattoo here, his artwork is awesome.

I absolutely love these guys! When I first got my industrial I had so many questions, which they were always willing to answer for me. Wes is awesome, and he was super patient. Truly the best experience ever! I would recommend them to anyone

Absolutely awesome! Could not be more pleased. The easiest least painful piercing Ive ever had. I work in health care and was extremely impressed by their sterilization procedures and overall cleanliness. I cant say enough good things.

Got an industrial piercing done by Wes. Clean place, professional and nice guy...would definitely go here again and will recommend Acme to others. Only thing is the address here is wrong. Acme is now located at 104 14th St NW

I Went there last year with my best friend and I got two tattoos done by jason and my noise pierced by west. the experience was great!!! The building was very clean and everyone was friendly. I highly recommend this place

I have gotten most of my tattoos and my nose pierced here. They are all great artists! I definitely recommend Acme for tattoos AND piercings! Clean place, friendly staff! I cant wait to go back!

I got my nose pierced here, and everyone was so nice. Wes talked me through it and told me to breathe slowly which really helped a lot! It didnt hurt one bit. It was a great first experience.
