I go to JMU and had been thinking about a tattoo for a while. I hadnt found anyone that I felt could create what I truly wanted until I walked into Dreamland. From the start I got good vibes about the place and let them know how particular I was. Sara at the front eased all my worries by explaining everything I needed to know and showing me anything she could in order for me to get the tattoo I wanted. Then Mike spent as much time as I wanted designing my tattoo, and even went as far to use a technology that showed what it would look like on my body, and created a tattoo that was exactly what I wanted. They were clean, professional, fun and my tattoo came out better than I could have imagined.I definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Dreamland over Ally Cat. They were super friendly and professional. Their set up is clean and has that authentic tattoo shop atmosphere. The guy who pierced my nose was super engaged and obviously has a passion for what he does. Not only was he gentle, but he was very experienced with piercings. He talked me through the process step by step and provided ample information on taking care of it. He talked me out of buying the expensive brand name cleanser that they carried and tipped me off on much, much cheaper alternatives. This shows that theyre not just in it for the business, they really do want whats best for their clients! I was very impressed!

I went into the shop about 3 days before getting my piercing done just to meet the owner and ask some questions. Mike is a amazing dude. Made sure that i knew exactly what was going to be done and let me know what to expect. Went in this morning to get my Prince Albert done. The whole thing from paperwork, prep and piercing took less than 15 mins. He made sure i was comfortable and talked me through each step making sure i stayed informed on what was about to take place. The piercing looks fantastic and I couldnt be happier with the service I received.

I went to Dreamland for my first tattoo after checking out a few other places in town where I just, "wasnt feeling it". Its really clean and everyone who works at Dreamland is so friendly and made me feel really comfortable. Jason answered all of my questions about the process and helped reassure me about getting a tattoo. I had such a positive experience — my tattoo looks great and my tattoo artist (Jason) is awesome! I would definitely recommend Dreamland and Jason to anyone whos looking to get a tattoo in the burg!

Went in and was able to get some work done for the first time here as a walk in staff was very professional friendly clean and i could tell they knew what they were doing very interacting. I had my work done by jason and he did an amazing job first tat in va and def going to be a loyal customer i would highly recommend jason. I also seen work done by Mike and Andy and would def recommend them as well. Very clean well organized friendly over all great experience

I walked in about 20 minutes before they were closing but they gladly took. I had Jason and he was fantastic! Ive been to Painted Lady in the past, but I will go to Dreamland for any future work. I had a rib peace done and kept twitching, but Jason went back and smoothed everything out. He and the rest of the staff were extremely patient and lad back. It is a fantastic, clean, and fun environment. I would highly suggest them if you need any work done.

Everytime I go in there, theyre so nice and professional. Andy pierced my nose for me and it was an amazing experience. Nic did my eyebrow piercing I just got today on 8/31/16 and it was clean and done amazingly. I cant wait to get my future tatts and piercings from them. I trust them so much. I also got my industrial pierced by Mike on 12/02/16 and he did an amazing and clean job. 10/10 would recommend going to Dreamland.

I have had 1 tattoo done here, and 1 piercing. They were super clean, nice, and professional. I visited every salon in town to get a comfortable feeling, and they were by far the best. TJs jerked me around. Alley Cat basically told me that my idea wouldnt look good, and tried to change it, and the other places were just fine, but Dreamland offered to do it for less. I will definitely be going back to them in the future.

Place is very clean and organized. Woman who did my nose piercing was patient and willing to answer all questions, professional and knowledgeable to anything I asked, and talked me through every step. Also opened equipment in front of me, all sterile and disposable. She even used all natural, gentle soap to clean my nose before which I thought was nice. Id like to go in for a tattoo soon!

Got pierced and tattooed here and had a great experience both times. After they pierced my nose they said I could come back in anytime after it was healed if I wanted help changing out the stud for the first time. The place is clean and the people know what theyre doing and how to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

I got my first tattoo at Dreamland. I actually got 2 in one day. I had a wonderful experience. They were all super nice and the place was very clean. I drove from Virginia Beach to get my tattoo after a recommendation from a friend to go here. I Visit the area often so will definitely use dreamland for future tattoos and piercings.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in the girls working the counter were super. I got my first tattoo this past Friday and Mike was very patient with me. Very very happy with the out come. We didnt realize they closed at 8 but called when we were on our way and they were nice enough to stay past closing for us so that was really amazing of them. Piercings turned out excellent, very professional, talked us through the whole thing, went by quickly, and I will recommend Dreamland to all my friends :)

Best experience Ive had at a tattoo parlor! I had friends get piercings and the woman doing them was so nice and helpful. Jason did a tattoo for my friend and I and was so friendly and made us feel so comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a piercing or tattoo in the Harrisonburg area
