[가기전에 필독] 비싼 안경 가져가서 렌즈알을 맞췄는데 안경을 쓰레기를 만들어 놓으셨네요. 안경 테는 움직일때마다 삐걱거리는군요. 본인이 저지르신 잘못의 손님한테 전가시키지 마세요. 처음엔 안경도 주문한 옵션대로 안나와서 픽업 하러 갔을때 옵션 하나도 안붙어있는 미완성안경 그냥 주시던데 제가 그자리에서 확인 안하고 다시해달라고 안했으면 그거 들고 집에 갔겠군요? 다시 해서 나온 완성품이 안경테는 삐걱거리고 나사 박아논 밸런스도 엉망이고 게다가 나사로 조이는게 아닌 비싼 안경을 나사를 조여놓으셨네요. 양심좀 챙기시길 바라겠구요. 고소장 보내려고 하다가 먹고살기 힘들어서 그렇겠구나 싶어서 그냥 둡니다. 다음부터는 단돈 몇백불에 양심을 팔지 마시길. 안경 잘못된거 따지면 "원래 그런거다" 라는 말만 하십니다.

The guy that checked out my eyes was very impatient and so sarcastic. Im just in a regular check up and hes like "well, oooook, all that for the same prescription". Wow, Im here for a CHECK UP. and he chuckles. Majority of the workers here are Korean, and he wasnt. My mother (shes korean) was next after me. I felt bad cause she didnt speak any english but for him to get smart with my mother and raising his irritated voice, got me frustrated. Overall, I wouldnt come back here cause of him. And reading other reviews on this optical store, Im not the only one that mentioned about him. Sad isnt it.

다른 안경점에서는 고치지 못하는 안경을 고쳐주셔서 너무 잘 쓰고 있네요~ 저렴하게 한국에서 사온 프레임 다른 안경점에서는 렌즈 교체 못 한다 해서 마지막으로 들린 디자인 안경 (애난데일 ) 에서 렌즈값만 돈내고 잘 만들어 주셔서 너무 감사했어요. 다음엔 가서 프레임도 사서 더 멋진 안경 만들어 써 보고 싶네요.

This place has great service, many eyeglass lines to select from and well trained staff. I wanted to write this review for the recent great customer service that was extended to me. Ive been coming to Design Optical Center for several years for now and they have always provided quality care and excellent services. I would recommend Design Optical Center to anyone looking for a positive eye care experience.

Great service, good people. Very helpful and easy to talk to. They have a great selection of glasses to choose from and are very helping when youre not sure what looks good on you. The staff is eager to help and they are always attentive to your needs. New Doctor is great and super nice, he feels like someone you can easy talk to and get great care from. I highly recommend you stop by and check them out!!
