First EVERYONE that tries to contact Warby Parker Tysons Corner get routed to the call center, where it becomes obvious if you are paying attention the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. My boyfriend took his daughter to pick up the glasses we ordered last Tuesday, we had been expecting a snow storm.... never happened. Anyway we checked online it said the store was open, we called (refer back to calls being routed) we were told of course we are open come on down! Get there, mall is open all stores are open..... except Warby Park. We call again standing in front of the closed store. We are again told they are open. When we say no, you are not. The voice in Tennessee gets flustered. Finally admits we arent talking to TC and has no idea why the store is closed. We arrange for our glasses to be shipped next day and head 45 mins home. Friday.... no glasses. We call and are told, come on down and get your glasses they passed inspection. Boyfriend and daughter say they spoke to Tysons corner and the glasses are there. How could that be? We were told they had shipped? Once again left hand doesnt know what the hell is going on. I call again if you arent paying attention you think you are talking to the store. YOU WILL NEVER GET THE STORE! I say I want to speak to a sales clerk at the store. I want to HEAR someone say they have our glasses in their hand before I drive out. They cant do that. I have to wait for the call center to call the store. Another 30 minutes wasted before I am told our glasses had actually been shipped and was given a tracking number. Poor way of doing business. I was actually TOLD that there is no way to actually contact the store front. I literally had to play telephone, and had to waste a huge amount of time. If I had actually spoken to someone at the store none of this would have happened. Stop detouring the number to Tennessee!

Fantastic experience with Warby Parker. Incredible quality, great prices for what you get. I got ultra thin lenses, titanium frames, and lenses that darken in sunlight. Prescription wasnt quite right (from Opthamologist) and they remade them for free. Surprised about the negative reviews but to each their own. Service is way better compared to the big eyeglass chains and the super expensive local boutiques.

Been trying to coordinate with purchasing glasses from the store. I order some try at homes and may have found a lens, but the experience trying to sync the online and store front has been less than tolerable. Almost to the point of just going back to my previous brand of glasses though 2 the price.

Essentially threw my money away! Great prices, but two weeks later and no news on glasses. Left multiple messages to customer service with no calls back. Will have to waste more than an hour driving in to speak to someone in person, who will most likely not be able to help. Not happy!

Incredibly helpful associate and optician who adjusted my last pair of warbys. Bought two new pair I had tried on in store, purchase was done within 15 minutes, had the glasses in less than two weeks.
