Glasses fell apart three times. I took them to the store and the lady just wanted to put the screws back in I told her it was because the lenses were shaped too big for the frame and the screws strip out and she saw that the screws were stripped I paid another $25 for a brand new set and the brand new set had the exact same problem you can see that the lenses are cockeyed. wouldnt go back never had this problem anywhere else. Dont try to fix the problem or take pride in work. UPDATE IT HAS BEEN SEVEN MONTHS LATER AND MY REPLACEMENT SET OF GLASSES HAS YET AGAIN BROKEN I CANT BELIEVE THIS I HAVENT HAD A SET OF GLASSES BREAK SINCE I WAS A CHILD AND NOW IVE HAD THREE SETS OF BROKEN GLASSES WITHIN A YEAR.

Awful experience. I had to show the lady how to use her computer, she got into an argument with another customer while helping me and tried to drag me into to back her up! When I picked up my glasses, they had ordered the wrong frames. The manager had a nasty attitude and said they didnt make those frames anymore (then why sell them to me?) So she took the sample pair off the floor, popped my lenses in and handed them over. Yuck! I was so mad, I just left. Yes, I paid for them. No, Ive never worn them. And yes, I know I shouldve complained to corporate and gotten my money back.

Great custumer service and I would defiantly recommend this location! The customer services and professionalism exhibited by Shirah and Cassandra was impeccable. They were extremely competent, helpful, and friendly. Most of all they were very patient. I must say, I’m very impressed.
