The service was attentive, the baristas nice, the drinks consistently horrible. I go to starbucks daily, all over the country, and they are typically so consistent from location to location, that at first I thought that it was just me. But, my wife agreed, and so we went to another location and our drinks were just fantastic. Maybe they were having a bad day...no, I went back later in the week. Same story, different barista. I tried AGAIN, a week later (yes call me stupid) and the exact same situation. Avoid this location if you can, and save yourself some time and head down to Church street and get a better espresso or coffee!

I decided I want to get something for lunch and refill of hot passion tea. As a gold member this usually is not an issue. However, Edward stated I cant walk in off the street and get a refill. I had to be a customer. I showed Edward my receipt from earlier. Edward then stated that I didnt have the tea bag. Therefore, Edward had to charge me full price for my passion hot tea. I decided that I had enough public humiliation. I cancelled the sandwich and asred for a refund. I then went to Dunkin Donuts. At Dunkin Donuts I was treated with respect and dignity.

Took me 30 min to get a simple iced coffee, staff seemed friendly but they were prioritizing locals over customers who got there earlier. Im not talking about people who put in mobile orders, I mean there was a guy in line 5 people behind me and he got a complex order with 4 coffees and food before my simple one coffee order. Will never go back to this location.

Customer for years. They are always helpful, i even didnt remember my wrap I purchased, spaced out, sat down and got Into my work, then literally 30minutes later, i remember. They heated up a fresh one for me, no worries. They remembered me, I enjoy being created by warm professional staff that keep you coming back to this Starbucks.

Printer consantly down so online orders are either lost, redirected to another location or rejected. When that happens they spend so much time dealing with all the upset folks that even if you are willing to go through the line it is a hopeless endeavour.

Ive been coming to this SB location for almost 10 years and since the remodel its been absolutely freezing in here. Great place to get the standard SB offerings as long as you dont plan on hanging around or mind wearing a coat if you do.
