My sister went into the shop today looking for a wedding dress for her daughter. Weve been into the shop together several times in the past and the experience was always pleasant. Today, however, that was not the case. My sister was devastated to have been treated rudely, and spoken to quite sarcastically when she asked if there were any additional wedding dresses out back. The response to her, somewhat in the form of a question was "do you think Id be hiding them on you?". This very much surprised, embarrassed, and disappointed my sister all at the same time. So much so, that this was the first thing she relayed to me when I called her and asked her how her day went. We like to shop and spend our money locally and we always notice and appreciate being treated respectfully and professionally.

We just drove an hour to get here after hours being publicly displayed as being open. We got here, there is a sign on the door that says "Open this Friday from 12-4". It is now 1:19pm and they are closed. I called and a lady answered and said she wasnt opening due to her needing to do holiday stuff. Thats fine, but please post it or something because we are new customers who wont be returning - we live an hour away. Very disappointed.
