Rude staff at this location. Asked to be shown an item, was told that she was having a very hectic day - we were treated as though we were a hassle. We politely & quietly left without making any purchases. Id like to think that the staff in a store that exists because of peoples kindness would have enough sense to be polite to their customers ? Apparently not in Rutland VT. Take your donations to a different location where youll be treated with some respect !!

Everything is priced so fair! Better than any other thrift store I have been to around here! They have sales sometimes on top of their amazing prices and they have a sections for everythi bff and everyone! I love the Salvation Army thrift store <3

They ask reasonable prices for what they sell, have a large inventory and tidy if dusty premesis. Great sales, so check the white board for tag colors.
