My question is what ever happened to good old thrift stores when stuff was prices accordingly thrift store prices not ebay or amazon or whatever. They should be ashamed for pricing stuff (records cds toys even clothes to HIGH !!.) I am disgusted with it and i know many people who i have chatted with in the store and they feel the same way. Another thing i see other people have complained about the girls that work there and how rude they are i agree other than a few that are actually nice. Most of them push you out of the way when there walking toward you stand in your way hanging product dont even care to move for you so u can get by. Or when being cashed out there all busy running there mouths to each other about what they did the day before OMG the last time i was there they were chatting so passionate and loud i could not believe it. I was wondering if they even knew i was there . Instead of talking face to face with there customers. This place needs a serious fix up i only go there once in a great while cause it really discuss me. Please red white & blue straiten up your act your jobs would not exist if not for people like me shopping in your store.

This was the first time in my life that I was openly mocked by the employees of a store for the way I was dressed. I wasnt dressed any worse than anyone else in the store, however I was singled out and actively ridiculed. I am a grown woman. I had worked around the house all day and wore my sweat pants to the store. This is enough fodder for he trashy employees to humiliate me. I needed some stuff, so I was checking out and the lazy distracted cashier wasnt even looking at my stuff, but looking at and chatting with everyone else. I was not given discounts for the right color tickets, but was too humiliated to do anything about it. Absolutely the worst experience I have had shopping in my 47 years.

If I could I would give the store ZERO stars. Rude employees, all they do is talk so loud, one employee was screaming in my ear to another employee who was across the store. I asked her to stop yelling in my ear in spanish. She then turned around and started name calling me, saying Im racist for stating that she was yelling in spanish. So she proceeded to harass me while i was in the store. I called the manager over and the two of them chatted away in Spanish. The place is always a HUGE mess, Id rather drive to another town then go to this dump.

I always visit this mega-super-thrift store when visiting family in CT. Their sales are UNBEATABLE. Selection is beyond enormous, they must do a huuuuuge volume. I gravitate to jewelry, and I always find treasures when I visit. Clothing for miles. I dont know why anyone would ever pay retail. Solid place to source home equipment and furniture, too. The quality is what youd expect from a private Craigslist sale, not a thrift store. If you like hunting for treasures, you wont regret a visit - plan on an hour or two at least!

Prices too high , you find better prices at the mall..... Employees are nasty , even they told what an employee is not suppose to say :" I never buy used clothes , new with ticked only" .......huh ! But thanks to this thrift store , they have a job , thanks to customers the employer can hire them and these nasty employees at the register and on the floor are giving bad attitudes , saying bad words ..... !!

Has the potential to be a great store. Unfortunately there is a group of men that are allowed to Hang out all day where the items come out and grab the good stuff off the racks before anyone gets A chance to buy it. They are very aggressive and it makes for a unpleasant shopping experience, dont get in their way.. The manager does nothing.

I just love this store it is like no other. You can buy everything from all over the world.name brand clothing like new. You go into better stores you dont know who wore them tags or not.you cant beat the prices. They have everything. Try buying their goods at the prices some where else

Para ser una tienda con artículos de segunda mano en muchas ocasiones encuentro cosas nuevas con Tickets bastante organizado, tienen variedad.

I went there yesterday just out of curiosity. The clothing is really faded and expensive for a thrift tore. I was interested in buying a vase but found the line to be ridiculously long and the employees busy chatting. I dropped everything and made a hasty exit.

Im only give it a 3 star because my husband use to work there (Bob Rigazio) The store it self was cluttered and very messy compared to the way it use to be down on Thomaston Ave. Sorry to hear Mike Burpoe wasnt there would have loved to see him.

Decent selection of items and sale prices are good but a lot of the items are regularly not "thrift store prices" and sometimes more expensive than buying something brand new.

Crowded and the line for the checkout was ridiculously long. I was looking for an air purifier and the only one they had was old and yet ridiculously overpriced.
