Cool Cool

Called to get info on upgrading from 6s to 6s plus. I needed to know what it took to upgrade but keep same monthly payment by paying the difference of deposit. When asked what it would take he answered with "by just staying with your phone now". Considering that I just switched to AT&T from Verizon a week ago and having to deal with crappy customer service already is sad. Oh forgot to mention he started the conversation after my question with "sounds like you need to talk to whoever serviced you before". Nice to know you cant do your job.

Lets all work together to put this place out of its misery! Went in with billing question and the staff have nothing to do so they just lurk and pounce. Asked my question and the guy picks up a phone, dials a number, and hands it to me saying they can help. And as Im on hold waiting he tries to sell me some goddam tablet or something. Look I know physical retail is hurting but wow...just...I guess this is "customer service" now? Just close that poor mall already.

Was told by a rep from the shelburne road store that my go phone could be unlocked right away because i paid full retail, yet some sneak at this store insisted that he was lying with this smug look on his face, telling me i had to use 6 months of at&t before I could. Yet lookie here at what happened when I contacted at&t proper the same day? Its unlocked. Sneaking lying thieving cheats run this store.
