Whats with their store phone??? I called three times this morning (during business hours), and each time I was first connected to a voice automated system which eventually said they would get a customer service person and then the phone system proceeded to on hold for at least 15 minutes before I hung up. I never did get to speak with anyone so Im in the dark about the thing that I want to buy. I need to buy it today, and I dont want to ship it so thats not an option. I just want to buy an iPad as a gift and want to know if its in stock in the store. Youd think they would be more concerned about lost sales than they are with this crappy phone system. I really dont want to go all the way to the mall which is some distance from me, only to find out that what I want is not in stock. In fact, this is a new store so Im not even sure if its a full store. I have a good mind to skip the store in Trumbull, and go to the one in Danbury.

How do you want customers to feel when they are being served at your store? What is your aim for the customers experience and shopping needs at your store? I was in the mall shopping and dropped my iPhone, destroyed the screen and could not see anything on my phone. I immediately stopped into apple, thinking I would need to schedule and appointment for the repair. Instead they took care of me right away, connecting my phone to a t.v. monitor and typing onto my phone which was a completely blank screen. The representative helping (I believe her name was Meg) was able to successfully navigate through my phone, purchase more storage for me, and back everything up to i cloud. It was amazing. They were super patient, informative and went out of their way to assist me with not only repairing my phone, but ensuring that I did not lose any important data. I left feeling relieved.

I really despise dis honest people. I went in to get my phone fixed and had to buy a new phone. I couldnt pay the full amount up front so I had to do installments. The girl Amy that was the sale rep was very pleasant but dishonest because she didnt tell me in order for me to do the installments that I would have to apply for a loan through citizens bank. She wouldnt let me read contract that I was accepting she was just scrolling through. I work at bank and you have to be truthful when it comes to lending. I was really annoyed to find out there was a hard inquiry to my credit score. I wanted to get a new car and now I have to wait six months to a year now to get my car.

I understand the Apple presentation concept however if a client walks in knowing exactly what they want and ask for that specific item and they narrow it down to size and color why would you have them sitting there waiting for 15-20 minutes before you get them the item and take them through a check out. Your sales people may know their product but have no concept as to what selling is. I made a comment about an item being priced too high and the sales person told me and I quote "you dont have to buy it" how arrogant can you get? My computer, my tablet, my phone and my watch are apple products...thats not how you keep clients.

I wish I could give 0 stars. There are 20 apple employees here but only about 3 people that look like they actually know what theyre doing. We even set up an appointment time but the employees here are cowards and are afraid to even look at us or check in to see how we are doing. Walked in the door and had 2 employees refer us to the check in manager and weve been sitting here for a half hour now with now indication of when we will be helped. My wife needs to buy a new Mac pro and theyre about to lose 2k... this is why Im writing this on a Samsung. Ugh.

Poor customer experience!! Called the store phone 3 times today.. after listening to music for more than 5 minutes each time hung up. Wanted to order 2 i phones but wanted to make sure they have it in stock!! Ordered it online earlier and ven though the ETA for pickup is today I was told it will arrive eod today.. I am travelling tomorrow. its crazy!! so disappointed with Apple!! Always loved their product but they will lose business if the customer service is so poor!!

The people here are the best in terms of attentiveness, knowledge and willingness to help. The store is popular, so wait times can be prolonged, but I have never been disappointed. The Geniuses are extraordinary, going the extra distance to make sure that customer needs are met. (In New Haven, for example, it feels like an attractive factory, where the goal is to sell and get people on their way, vs. taking the time to respond...)

Absolutely horrible telephone customer service! I have called FOUR times so far today and, each time, I am put on hold. The phone rings about 20 times and then the call disconnects. I have even tried asking for a manager and the same thing happens. The only reason I gave them one star is because I cant get the system to let me give them zero stars.

Gorgeous store, as Apple know how to make. The best products, as Apple know how to create, OK customers service, apparently as Apple know how to serve. My issue wasnt solved, and this is the second store I tried. Love Apple, less than I used to.

I personally love apple..!! Went in to get my earphones fixed, i was two days late because my warranty was expired two days ago.. And apple was like, we will do it out of courtesy and they did it. THANKS APPLE, LOVE YOUR SERVICE.
