The staff was polite and respectful at all times. Though I feel as though I was heavily pressured into the purchase. Im not too upset about the decision, I just feel overall duped. Friends have had similar experiences in this particular store. Also the reviews below mine seem sketchy. "Dont know what last review was taking about" sounds like the owner might be compensating for previous negative reviews of his own store. Just my two cents And theyre not an actual att store.

I dont know what the last review was talking about. I went to the store recently and was nothing more than amazed at the amount of care that was put into helping me. The staff there was very patient with me and helped me fix problems another at&t store in the area made with my account. I would definitely recommend this store to all my friends and family.

I went in to the store to upgrade my phone; ed was wonderful!! Very knowledgeable and polite!! gave me the facts about upgrading my phone-glad I went to this store!!
