My phone is an AT&T Z221 with a pay as you go account. It became blocked yesterday. After 2 hours on the phone with AT&T technical support the conclusion was to go to the AT&T store to get the phone unblocked. So off I go to the AT&T store. Well it took those guys about 6 minutes to unblock my phone,sync it back to my account and I was on my way. OUTSTANDING! 5 stars for the AT&T store. 2 stars for the technical support.

Went to get a phone but couldnt that day , canceled the account before I walked out but got a bill from at&t . Went back and manager a associate where great and helpfull . Waiting on a phone call from them to make sure that I get buyers remorse due to not getting anything that day and cancellation.

Warning, this store does not honor AT&T promotions on iPhone 6 purchases. Delivery time of iPhone 6 Plus was 50 days. They do not inform you when the phone arrives.
