I printed out my pilot logbook last year and brought it to Schaffer Bindery for a custom bound professional look. My logbook represents a historical record of my entire aviation career, and I was going to present it to my future employer on the biggest day of my professional career. I imagine Shaffer produces several hundred newly bound or restored works every day, but I was very honored that this company took something that was so valuable to me and cared for it as if it was just as valuable to them!
