They NEVER have the sizes my kids need, so they can ship it if I pay the shipping fees. A good company would pay the shipping if they couldnt provide the product in the store. Manager is rude. Returns are a joke. Using a coupon is too much effort for the employees most of the time. I can go somewhere else and get a better deal and have so much less frustration. I wont be back.

Best place for shoes. I usual come here for a pair of shoes and walk out with 3 or 4 but the crazy thing is the extra 2 to 3 pairs werent much more then what I wouldve paid for the one pair somewhere else because of the crazy spur of the moment deals that they offer.

Cheyenne is the absolute worst person when it comes to customer service. Completely not helpful and has a really nasty disposition. I really hope they get rid of her sooner rather than later. They are losing a lot of income based solely on her attitude.

If you want cheap shoes that fall a part in two days go to shoe Carnival! They wont even refund your money when you try to get a refund! Great customer service!
