People Please read the fine print.! Your reward points are not truly yours, even though your spending your money to accumulate them! 100 of my points was taken and replaced w/ a 5.00 gift card. Which was basically what 100 rewards point equals. I wont get that 5.00 dollar gift card for 30 days now. I had plans to purchase this pair of over priced boots for an occasion (mid march). Spent my dollars wisely and though my reward point were adding up. Reached the level amount that i felt was worth being deducted from original price of boots. I also was awarded a 10.00 bonus bucks off your next purchase of 50.00 or more. I had to wait another month before that bonus bucks of 10.00 could even used. The store outlet i spent my dollars in explained that w/ my rewards points this 10.00 bonus bucks could also be used. But only between the validation dates on bonus bucks card i was given (3/13/16 - 4/3/16. That date will come & go now because rewards point that i thought were mine & were adding up because of my purchase. I now have found that Famous footwear can redeem them back, or change them over to dollars off next purchase of ? level or more, make you wait 30 days before receiving. They do this at their discretion....
