Oh oh this store is such an disappointment that I dont know where to start never go here we went at 8:00 pm to return some shoes but they said no we cant return them like why ????? My brother wore those shoes and fell he almost broke his arm we told them very nicely but they showed very bad behavior to us this store is garbage I am warning you never go here believe me these guys are freaken idiots !!!!! I hate this store I am so freaking MAD!!!!

I hate this STORE a lot we were about to return like 2 minute WORN shoes and they were like "SORRY WE CANT RETURN THESE SHOES." "Marquis" did ✅NICE behavior to us but " Kristen" was so RUDE to us, SO RUDE so we said "THROW THE SHOES AWAY THEN," Because we didnt need them they HURT a lot and they were like there yours. Im ⚠️WARNING⚠️ YOU NEVER COME HERE. SUPER BAD COSTUMER SERVICE, REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HATE THIS STORE.

As far as the shoes go, they have a great selection. The prices are fair compared to other shoe retailers, and the store is always clean. I took away one star because the staff are not always consistent. Some days I go in there and can barely get anyone to acknowledge me. Customers should always feel like they are wanted- even if your staff are having a bad day.

My wife is a school teacher and she needed some shoe boxes for a class project. The staff at DSW was very willing to help. This time and any time we have been here shopping, we have received exceptional customer service.

Love this place. If they dont have your size, you can order online. I prefer their self-service to waiting on a salesman. The store has wide enough aisles you can sit down and try on the shoes. The layout is pleasing.

Large inventory. But the staff is not very helpful or knowledgable. I have had a hard time getting help from staff and then they where not very helpful and ended up leaving before I was really helped.

Nice and big store with very good selections. Easily to see from the street. Employees are very friendly. Fun clearance section that is very inexpensive!

I wasnt the one shopping so it was nice to have some comfy chairs to wait in at the front. Music wasnt too loud and temperature was very pleasant.

Same shoes you can get anywhere, and its regularly understaffed. When you do get the staff, they arent helpful
