I’m sitting down to write this review, two days and 600 miles traveled after my experience with Soundwarehouse, orem Utah, because I wanted to make sure that I still had the utter joy that I had pulling out of their Driveway, well, guess what, I do. I had recently bought a new car, and needed an upgrade from the base system to something I could use hands free. I was referred to Jai Griffiths through a mutual friend, and I couldn’t have made a better choice myself. Jai was kind enough to work with me, and asked questions about what I hoped to get in terms of features and functions, and helped me pick out a kenwood excelon head unit that exceeded my expectations, but not my budget. We set an appointment for installation, and I’m happy to say that they were able to take my car in early and get her started. One thing that I appreciated most is that not one person in that store talked down to me or the other people that came in to shop. These guys know their way around car audio, but they don’t make you feel bad for not knowing. That’s a rare thing in auto service environments. I appreciated that experience from top to bottom, and can’t say enough good. I live in salt lake, from now on, I’m driving to orem for my audio needs.

TERRIBLE! This place is clueless! I called and scheduled an appointment to install a remote start on a Volkswagen Passat on Monday. The guy on the phone setup the appointment and gave me a date of Wednesday. Go to the appointment and was told that they are not able to install a remote start on a Volkswagen Passat because its not reliable. I appreciate the techs knowledge on this, however, why didnt the guy making the appointment not tell me earlier, that way I could have gone elsewhere. Makes no sense. Just terrible!!!

Ive been to Sound Warehouse 3 times now (I worked with Dan, hes a great guy), and am about to call to have them do more work on my car audio. I am quite weary about others touching/changing my things; however, the factory speakers were replaced and the car put back together without incident... it sounds amazing. In fact, they had told me some of the clip were broken so they went ahead and replaced them! Awesome service, and they price match Crutchfield - you cant beat that!

I just needed a simple replacement for the radio in my car and these guys were super helpful. Harley was super helpful to show me good quality radios but he wasnt pushy and didnt try to get me to buy something that I didnt need. They said it would take about 45 minutes to install the radio and then it only took about 30. I had also priced out doing the same thing at other places and Sound Warehouse was by far the cheapest. Great experience with a great business.

Came in the other day and there were about 3 customers ahead of me in line and only 1 worker. After waiting about 10 minutes the worker ended up going outside with the customer he was helping and I never saw him again. I waited about 20 minutes with no one in the store until I couldnt wait any longer and ended up leaving because there was no one there to help me. Left without even so much as a hello from an employee.

If it wasnt my best experience in the car audio; it was second best. For once, I not only felt like the work would be done properly, I also feel like I got a good deal. Really good on installs. I didnt realize I needed some things to install it, but they were able to provide it for a fairly reasonable price. (Its a bezel and harness kit that you need for first time installs. $25 at walmart.) While it seems a little pricy at first, they do the best installs around. really, they do.

People here are nice and willing to help, they know about their stuff. Only reason Im giving it 4 is because a lot of their products are pricier than in other places specially online.

They put there price for everything at double where you can find it online do some research before you buy from them go get all the model numbers and buy it for half the price online.
