Worst Customer Service Ever. I took my computer in to get fixed, over a week later went back, because I never received a phone call and they broke my computer. They called me and my whole family liars and made me pay for a service that never was done. Instead of helping me get the information off of the computer they said I had to buy some expensive stuff to have it done. I called back a little later because I noticed they only gave me half of the computer back and when I said I was missing some parts they called me a liar again, but the parts were at the store and they had kept them instead of giving them back. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS. The owner was very rude and discourteous. Very bad business was going on this place.

I have been associated with Pro Computer for about 10 years. They built our first computer for us and have given us expert advise and service since then. I myself know just close to nothing about computers. Matt has rescued all of my files when I inadvertently deleted thousands of photographs. They are always there to give personal attention to any problem that I am able to create, and come up with the right solution. I know that I can buy products or services from them and not be overcharged or sold equipment beyond my needs. Most of all, they truly appreciate me as a customer.

Great Company! We also ordered an printer with a bulk ink attachment and it works great. Savings in photo ink vs color laserjet printer ink has been great. We now print a photo quality print that our sales staff is able to show customers. This company is highly recommended & great customer service. We were referred to this company by another florist (Jimmys) in Ogden.

Pro Computers helped save valuable info on my hard drive. While on vacation I needed a major repair on my laptop. They were trustworthy and honest and let me know the repair was probably not worth it on my old machine, but they did recover my files for me. I dropped it off in the morning and was called back by noon. Very helpful!!!!!

They said the computer would be done we showed up to pick it up and it was not done. Never got a call to tell us it is not done. We had to cancel plans we made way in advance to make sure we could pick the computer up before we needed it. I will never use them again the major lack in customer service and communication.
