Seriously the rudest salesperson I have ever done business with. It is unfortunate that I learned he was the vice president of Invision computers. They say on their web page they will not nickle and dime you-- however when my son went to return an item, instead of being reasonable about the return they were trying to tell him he could only have instore credit--and after reading them the policy on the receipt, they said that he must pay $9.00 to "restock" the item to the shelve directly behind us. Unbelieveable that even upon talking to the president of the business they would not budge. Plolease thnk twice about a business that will BULLY a kid. The stragest part was they didnt care that they lost our business.

invision computers helped debug my desktop computer that we use at star pawn as our main computer, and helped save my business. They were very friendly, very fast, very honest people! i called 8 other techs in the area, everyone else and their dogs worked on my desk top and couldnt get it debuged, and said it wouldnt run faster. Invision not only repaired it, and debugged it, but they made it run super fast! i will never go anywhere else for tech support ever again, i highly recommend it! As a business owner, i can tell you honestly, that these people know what theyre doing, they wont give you any crap. They just know. TRY THEM OUT! ----STAR PAWN INC.

I own a DJ/Photo Booth business, and one of my Photo Booths had crashed the software very expensive so I called around and 2 of 3 companies I called said I had to replace, but Invision told me they could fix the problem, Ultimately I took it to Invision Computers with the helpful staff they gave me a peace of mind everything would be OK. Few days later they called and had it fixed I was up and running before my next show. Over all Invision computers saved me Aprox 1,200.00 cost of a new Touch Computer and Software. Great store! Ill only ever go here for computer needs. Brandon gave me a great deal on parts and labor for helping me build my desktop and helped me find the best laptop to travel around with. He and his tech were patient and willing to listen to me before offering something that would fit my needs and budget. If anything goes south on my computer, theyve always been fast to fix it at a better rate than anywhere else. Best computer support in Utah!

Invision Computers has always been ready to help when asked, even when I was working for a company that had some crazy old Cisco routers and we had no idea how to acclimate the issue to the new systems. I have bought items from them, I have sold hardware to them.. I have NEVER had an issue. These guys are about CUSTOMER service, which is the gold standard in Business. Not once did I even have an inkling of an issue. Would recommend to anyone.

Their service is very responsive, timely, and affordable. He has offered to pick up my machines from me, or have me bring them in. Whenever there is an issue with a computer we bought there he is always happy to fix them at no charge under his warranty.
