After trying to use Walgreens for the last 2 years I am ready for a change. I have special needs kids so we have a lot of prescriptions to fill. My phone, email and text messaging is constantly receiving notifications that prescriptions are ready or prescriptions are delayed. Due to privacy issues they cannot state on the notifications which prescriptions they are referring to. The online service seems to be very unreliable. Requests for prescription refill renewals are ultimately ignored. I have requested renewals on prescriptions multiple times with no request actually making it to the local pharmacists. I tried speaking with the Pharmacist about the issues of being out of stock and the many other delays that have occurred and he said it is out of his control. "Walgreens is a big company and they just dont listen! He would love to do more but my hands are tied". Considering Walgreens is much more expensive than many of the pharmacies in the market you would expect a much higher level of service. Unfortunately that is just not happening. I could not in good conscience recommend any Walgreens. However, in efforts to not be misleading, I would like to state that the pharmacy staff at Walgreens in Herriman have been courteous. Despite there being courteous they under the thumb of a big corporation and cannot really affect change. There is almost courteous zombie like feel to there service. Hopefully they can start finding real solutions and service for the real people they are providing medication.

My grandmother passed away, and I went into this Walgreens to pick up money that my mother sent me from Missouri. So that I could get my truck fixed, and get on the road to her funeral and to help pack her home ...now the state of Utah doesnt except anything 300 or over in the Western Union world. And had my mom not been somewhere ekse, where there wasnt anything but a Western Union.. She wouldve done something like Walmart to Walmart. Unfortunately, where shes at theres only Western Union. Not even a neighborhood market Walmart.. So instead of 300 she sent me 299. When I went into the Walgreens to pick up the money, they told me that they didnt give that much money at this Western Union. That and I quote "only give like, 50 dollars" when receiving money. They wouldnt even attempt to look and see that what I was saying was legit. They treated me like I was a scam artist. They were disrespectful. And the manager has a smart mouth on him ... Worst customer service ever-

Overpriced and slow. The only thing I shop for at Walgreens is my prescriptions, but they are usually slow and off schedule while filling them up. If you drop off a prescription or have it called in, expect it to be ready 4 hours after Walgreens confirms it will be ready. Ive had to go back 3 times just to get a single prescription they kept saying would be ready in "another 30 minutes". Just tell me it will be in ready in 3 hours instead of wasting my time. Ive switched to CVS and it is much better.

Longest pharmacy wait, ever. It took them hours to fill a simple inhaler prescription, I arrived well after it was supposed to be ready, and then sat in line for forty minutes. When I finally did get help, they werent very pleasant. Not impressed.
