I tried for 4 days to get a hold of this Stores Pharmacy to refill my prescriptions I could not get through I called my Dr and asked them to Fax instead the Dr office has the fax confirmation I feel like i am in a black whole!!! My Dr faxed in my prescription this AM but CVS couldnt find it even though Dr received a fax confirmation they still could not find it I went home tried calling every few hrs instead of wasting a drive back I needed this medication before closing for Cocci Meningitis as I was now low I Never get a answer on the phone no machine or person answered at all. I went back and was told there is a phone problem this was days ago and the problem remains you can not even call and use the service to see of the prescriptions are done and waiting! you can not talk to anyone unless you go in ! This means that you can not request a refill either using the phone and I tried from other phones and had others call with the same results! I believe if this was a technical problem as they said... they would have the "extension rollover to pharmacy problem fixed by now" This is the ONLY advertised # to the store!! The service is suppose to answer then direct you to Pharmacy or Customer service , I will discontinue using this store They were told of the problem and offer no work around (If there really is a problem) This store cant take in new prescriptions requests unless you walk in ! This is a retirement areaand MANY people cant drive and depend on it, thinking CVS is a reliable brand, They offer a service to call or text when its ready to pick up but that does not happen either here. Corporate should be informed I personally am disabled everything for me needs to be accountable and planned ahead I cant go without my medications or I will be Hospitalized as I have Cocci Meningitis as well and its clear the staff at this store does not care! GOD Bless ! and find another store as I am going to patronize Safeways Pharmacy from now on! Its next store SHAME on you CVS!

Under new management they seam to really care I think Ill like this store. They are really cleaning up the store. Iwas there today and the floors looked real nice and now the shelves are always stocked much better than before. So far they have always had what im looking for and wow they have the largest liquor selection that I have ever seen at this type of store i cant belive how many people I see buying cases of alcohol the prices are good compared to other places that I go.every time i go i it get better and cleaner this is the biggest CVS that i have ever been in i also see they have a home health section were they rent and sell medical i never new you could rent wheel chairs . Walkers etc. I see they have new people that are nice and friendly if they had one or two more would be great. But in this day and age that will never happen.

This CVS has vastly improved in the last 4 years when I first started coming here ...no customer service not polite not helpful. The staff has become much more friendly and even offer assistance at times , they all smile much more. I used to hate coming here but now its a pleasant experience every time I go. Good work CVS. In addition this store has an extensive home health aids department, toilet seat risers, walkers, canes, tips for canes and glides for walkers, wound dressing, creams and lotions for adult incontinence, anything you might need for an elderly parent they probably have in stock. If you are caring for someone at home, this department is well worth a look,you may discover something to make you and your loved ones life easier/more comfortable.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! NO ONE SAID HI. NOT EVEN THE ELDERLY WOMAN CHECKING ME OUT AT THE FRONT REGISTER. SHE RUSHED ME TO ENTER MY PHONE NUMBER FOR MY CVS ACCOUNT (NO ONE IN LINE BEHIND ME) AND DID NOT EVEN SAY THANK YOU WHILE HANDING ME MY RECEIPT. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WONDER WHERE THEY FIND THESE PEOPLE TO WORK HERE OR WHO CAN RUN A STORE WITH SUCH BAD SERVICE AND EMPLOYEE NEGATIVITY. NEVER SHOPPING AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. NOT EVEN FOR A PACK OF GUM.

I drive past other pharmacies to do business here. The customer service is excellent. Others closer ignore me for awhile before taking time to wait on me.
