I dont think ANYONE would ever intentionally lie to a customer about a product that could potentially harm them or ruin their hair. You make it sound like some random clerk just walked up and stroked your hair without you asking for their opinion (right)? In addition.... Did you ever hear the term you are what you attract??? So perhaps you are the trash?? I have had nothing but positive experiences in this store. If you have had one unsatisfactory experience in any store why would you continue to go back and shop at that particular store. Any mature educated woman who had a genuine complaint would address it in a professional manner in lieu of referring to young women as "skanks". Reading this review I ask myself really how credible your opinion is and perhaps if you changed the energy you give off, you would attract the same energy back to you. Positive thoughts result in positive outcome in every situation in life. Again I have had nothing but positive experiences in the Draper store and the clerks are always very helpful, polite & courteous.

I have never experienced such phychos. There was a girl with long brown hair that had purple tips. She came up behind me and raked her fingernails through my hair, as if she was hitting on me. I asked her to stop and she did not. I called corporate to report her. I felt violated. In return, she looked me up by my Sallys card and sent police to my house to tell me I can no longer shop there, saying I made a scene, which was a lie. I am fine with not shopping there, but she lied. I cannot believe what a psychotic bunch of people. She had some blonde girl who was with her say it was true, according to police, who were shown no tapes by the way, yet I never saw a blonde girl there...just the gross one who would not get her hands out of my hair. These people here are psycho trash who sexually harrass.

I had a pretty bad customer service experience here and unfortunately its not my first at a Sallys store. Ive been a long time Sally Beauty Club member and each month I get a coupon for 15% off. This month I was sent an expired coupon mistakenly. The cashier was extremely rude even though I proved to her that I received the email this month and the mistake was on their end. She didnt offer any help or try to resolve the issue, just deflected me to come back another day when the manager was there. There was a line behind me and I felt so rushed by her. I was so embarrassed and flustered that I forgot to apply the other coupons I had and collect my free gift bag for Christmas. I left so irritated and disappointed. It was a truly awful experience.

The actual manager was a total jerk to me. She has blonde hair and a snotty look on her face at all times. Youll know her when you see her. She was incredibly rude about my return when SHE was the one that said "get more just in case you run out. You can return them for full price" a few weeks before my return so I got TWO extra of a certain color for my hair. Well I just went back to return the items, thinking I was going to get all my money back, but she gave me half and said that its on a promotion right now and I only get the promotion price. What a joke. She was extremely bratty and unprofessional. I felt like this forty plus woman was acting like a 16 year old girl. Shame on her.

Teach your people real customer service, also teach them the products that are available in the Draper store. Every time Im in this Draper store the employees are brand new and they use that as excuse for not knowing something. The girls are very rude. What has happen to customer service, do we not teach that anymore. I will not shop the Draper store anymore and will let my friends know. The other stores such as the Sandy store is much better. They remember what customer service is all about.

I was hit on while shopping here and I reported it to corporate and the skank sent police to my house using my Sallys card info. She was gross and handsy. This store should be closed. Do not shop here unless you are a hit to trot lesbian or you will be treated like meat. She was so gross. A nasty fake blonde with piercings. I am going to throw up remembering.
