VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I came here last week to get my oldest son a new pair of glasses. We have been faithful to vision works but in the mesquite location. They Always have great prices and always have taken care of us. However we moved to east Texas and did the hour drive into Tyler . We thought oh look theres a vision works. When we drove up. Major ghost town. I didnt think much of it. My son went in then came back out and said yes mom lets get some here I found a pair I like. So I unloaded my 2 youngest children . 1 yr old daughter and my 4 year old little boy. We went in and I had my boy sit down and I proceeded to talk with the young girl about looking up my insurance information. Which by the way she kind of insisted that I did not have the correct information reguarding my insurance. Uh hello little girl I know my insurance. Kinda irritated. But she figured it out . Then she told me the sale was buy one get one 50% off. I was thinking the mesquite location told me they have the buy one get one free. And also informed me I could get a $45 coupon. But by this time my little man got a burst of energy and decided to go into imagination mode and did a blazing speed across the room. Before I had a chance to say something to him. This woman with bleach blonde hair and over weight started yelling at my son. I said excuse me? I am sitting RIGHT HERE, if you have anything you need regarding him you speak to me. I had to keep my composure and act like a lady and say politely we will go somewhere else. Lady I was about to handle you, but since I didnt feel like going to jail I let it slide. Anyways its clear to why there business is hurting. Go somewhere else. But realistically I couldnt find anything with good frames around . I ended up making the drive to mesquite for a better price, free pair and peace of mind . Try LensCrafters. They have always had the best frames but pricey. Great quality.

VERY UNPROFFESIONAL. I had an appointment today at 3:30. I called an hour before hand to verify my appointment. I get there ten minutes early to be told "we cant find your file Im gonna keep looking we had a manager leave a few months ago and this place was a wreck so Ive been trying to fix it". I get it. HOWEVER AN HOUR LATER, Im still sitting in the waiting room as I have watched 5 other people walk in and be helped by the same woman who was supposed to be helping me and I still havent been seen for my appointment. And THEN, a woman walks in the back and starts having a conversation with the front desk lady in the bathroom? I went back there and said I was leaving I have been waiting an hour since my appointment and this lady is in the bathroom gossiping with another woman. I left and Ill gladly give my money elsewhere, AND ACTUALLY GET TO BE SEEN BY THE DR.
