Sell you defective product then wont replace it cause "the owner will have to bring one from another store, in Longview, hes really busy and hasnt had time, 3 weeks, we will call u when he gets a chance." Cant get ur money back only credit. Why would I want a bunch of credit to a store that sold be broken goods and then gives me the run around on getting it replaced? Take your business elsewhere. Update! 3 weeks later I finally got a replacement. Guess what that disc drive doesnt work either! Best part is all I can get is store credit back! Wtf do I want credit for if everything u sell me is defective? Will never shop here again and will tell everyone I know to do the same.

4 times my boys and I have bought accessories for the xbox 360 and have been VERY unsatisfied with the employees lack of information. Did not inform me upon buying the disney infinity set that it requires discs. We also bought rock band, the guitar was broken and the drums were for PlayStation. We tried to return for correct equipment and was only given $15 in store credit. They also let my 8 year old buy Watchdogs. 2 games purchased on seperate dates for xbox 360 would not play so again I had to return to the store for exchange. I have spent more $ on gas exchanging broken or wrong items then I have actually spent in this store. I am a Game Stop customer now!!!!!!

Just expect to wait an hour for nothing slowest cashiers ever!! I watched one cashier literally take my full visit on one customer. Then after waiting 30mins in lines I get up to the register to be rushed out door with a bullshit copy of game then I came back the next day after attempting to play the in readable disk they tell me there is no more copys and I would have to wait a week or drive 1 hr from whr I live to Longview I DID BT WILL GO TO GAME STOP AND HASSLE WITH THEM ALTEAST CUSTOMER SERVICE ISNT AS HORRIBLE

I went to exchange 6 games for one and it didnt happen like that. I had one Xbox one game, two 360 games and 3 original Xbox games and got only 13 dollars in store credit. The game I wanted only costed 25 dollars and it was a 360 game. So I had to give up 6 games and pay 12 dollars for the game. What a freaking rip off. Never going here again.

The employees are super nice even when you have no idea what things are. They do not make you feel dumb. I was going to get something for my son I had no idea what it was but when I asked for help they knew exactly what I needed and didnt treat me like a dummy. I will not go to Game Stop they act like they are better then you.

The 24 return policy is b.s. got a t.v. series as a gift but I had already seen it. So I went to return it for store credit. They told me because it had been over 24 hours they could only buy it back for only a dollar. Plus I had to stand in line for what seemed like 2 days just to be told that. I will never return. Total b.s.

I like the store but they need to pay more attention to what theyre doing. Got home and they put the wrong disc in the DVD case. Now Ive got to drive back down there tomorrow since theyre now closed. Check your movie and games before you leave because they damn sure dont do it. Theyll be paying for my gas somehow.

Not only does Game X Change sell video games, But this store sells other electronics too, Such as, phones, tablets, movies etc. Literally everything thing they sell in the store is Pre-Owned. My only problem with this store is that lines are long on the weekend. So I wouldnt recommend going on a weekend afternoon.

This little shop has the best and broadest selection of retro gaming paraphernalia in East Texas. If youre in the Tyler area and looking for video game wares from the 80s, 90s, or 00s, this shop is your go-to. Pretty good used pricing on the more recent consoles and games too. Also, theyll give you cash for stuff.

They have decent prices, and they usually have the games you want. But man a couple of the employees were just assholes. You dont have to pretend that you love working but dont treat me like youre pissed off that Im there. I get that they were busy but I was being nice. Theres no reason to be a dick.

this is a great store. theyre not disrespectful like gamestop and they sell old games for amazingly cheap prices. one time I bought a faulty game and brought it back and they exchanged it for a newer one, sometimes they can be slow but thats usually when they are very busy

This place is pretty lacking on the classic items. Unless you are looking for modern games, you are better off looking online. Their classic selection consists of 7 or 8 copies of the same no name games, with 4 or 5 "well known games" behind glass for +$30

Great place to get all the retro games you grew up with as a kid, all the way back to Atari. They have consoles controlers wires games DVDs and more. If you are a gamer this is your store.

Cool store. Carries games going back to the Atari. Dont bother trading in your old stuff. They pay so little you should just keep your games, post to craigslist, or auction them on eBay.
